If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would! Accidentally left the house today and boyfriend was driving and left his keys inside. We called this locksmith, he quoted a price and in less than 20 min, he was here. He was very professional, obviously knew what he was doing. Not only did he get us "unstuck", he also realized part of the lock in the door was upside down, so he fixed that.. and when he heard us say how difficult our keys work, he said he knew what the issue was after trying the keys. We've now had to call twice (we're apparently very prone to locking our keys in our car), and we've just had fantastic service each time. Prompt response and always polite and courteous. The back door got to a point where we had to slam it to get it to close. Then last Wednesday we couldn't open the door because the locks (deadbolt and doorknob) were stuck! I called the guy who installed the locks but couldn't reach him so I began my search on Yelp the next day. I called Mika based on the reviews and he came out on Friday at my convenience. He not only adjusted my locks, but also discovered that the hinges on the door were missing screws! That attentiveness to detail actually solved the problem and create space between the door and frame and now my door closes smoothly. locked my car keys in my trunk. my worst nightmare realized. i live in atlanta. was stranded in sandy springs. 8pm. however, i have a trunk latch under the driver's seat. if you lock your keys in your trunk without any other way to open it in your car, you need to tell him ahead of time. i paid $75 for the service, but that is the price of stupidity. he's based in Marietta, but came out to Sandy Springs. after my call, took him 30min to get here and 10min to finish the job. very quick, very convenient. super chill guy. i hope i never see him again. would recommend tho. read more
