The service was timely (several hours after I called) to come to my office to fix the lock on the door in an old building.The lock was so gummed up & it was impossible to open the sticky handle. Mike took the lock apart & sprayed it with some magical wet to dry spray. Voila! The lock works so smoothly, like a new lock. Small service call fee. purchased a lock and in four days broke returned wanted a new one and was told warranty we send it back takes 30 days. later found out it was not a mechanical lock like i requested and was an old model that they had sitting around. my credit card refunded me the money. bought a lock at lowes if it does not work they said we give you a new one. i wanted a new one lock shop refused. stay away . i wanted to support a small business. never again. read more

Sorry folks, if I could give it a zero, I would......They rekeyed all my locks and 10 days later one of the doorknobs was inoperable. A really nice technician came out a week later to repair the doorknob and the part was no longer available. We switched parts from different doorknobs to reach a compromised solution, I even tipped him for the service call and one hour later, the other door knob completely pulled out of the door when I tried to open the door. In all fairness, they wanted to send a third technician but since I'm in PS on a limited basis,I'll call someone else. Insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting a different result---I'll go elsewhere and probably contest these charges on my Visa. read more

I have used the lock shop probably for over 20 years. First of all for my office and then also for my private residence. They have fixed any problem that came up. Special glass door lock, number keypad locks, sliding door locks etc. They fixed them all. They are easy to deal with. They are on time with their appointments, give honest and fair advice.
