Who doesn't love giving business to a small local business? We read about B-OK and decided since we live in Sun City they would be a close location. The place was hopping when I got there today. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I needed copies of keys plus tags for each of my 8 keys. There is so much to choose from. The price is reasonable and every one of my 8 keys works great! The young man helping me reminded me to keep the original master key in a special place and use this one if copies are needed. His explanations were very helpful. The place is clean and the staff are great brand representatives. We willbe forever fans!

I requested lock installation on the second door and rekey to match with our main door lock key…read more When the job was done, the new keys they provided only work on the second door but didn't work on the main door. The technician offered to fix it. He worked on the main door to get the new keys working. However, he charged me another service fee for that. I expect this to be part of the original job as the new keys should work on both doors. If I knew he would charge another service fee, I could easily make a copy of the original key for a lot cheaper. It's not very professional that the technician didn't suggest the easy and cheaper option but suggested me the more expensive option. I'm disappointed at their service.

The difference with these guys is that they actually 1) know what they are doing; 2) are super pleasant and cordial - even shaking my hand upon introducing themselves; 3) fixed what other locksmith's either didn't bother to tell me or simply messed up (and NOW my lock cleanly and smoothly locks); and both of their technicians (Chris and Hector) asked if I needed assistance with the Schlage app ... to ensure that I got set up properly. Sean came out and spent more than an hour (he said it would take this time up front) and showed me how to open it because we had no idea! The price was fair at $395 for the travel time and servicing. Sean was able to tell me that our safe is not so safe - it isn't even fire proof. We will be going to their shop to look for a better safe that is fire proof and bolted down.
