We had someone break the handle off our back door and needed someone late at night to replace the handle. Josh was responsive and quick to the rescue! He also took the time to look at the other doors in the building and advise how we can make them secure. We appreciated his professional knowledge and had him update all the locks and handles to our building! The second time, I locked myself out of my new home that had an auto lock on the front door I wasn't used to. With my baby inside waking from his nap, it quickly turned into a stressful situation. I had a very disappointing experience with this towing company. The response time was much longer than promised--I waited over an hour with no updates. When the driver finally arrived, there was no apology or explanation. On top of that, the pricing felt unclear and higher than expected. I was quoted one amount over the phone, but the final charge ended up being significantly more, with extra fees that were never explained in advance. This was an excellent experience for me. It started out all bad. Locked out of my car and out of town. Called to have a transponder key made. Locksmith came out but was unable to make the key due to no obd. He was nice and polite and could have charged me since he did show up but he didn't. The following week I called him again and he came out again. I had repaired the obd and he was able to make me a key (and a back-up...it wasn't going to happen to me ever again!). Really helped me out of a jam. I lost my car key and needed to get a new one reprogrammed. My driveway is an odd shape so I couldn't even have it towed to a locksmith or the dealer. He came out to my house on a Saturday and was able to get me up and running within a half hour of arriving with a new programmed key and cut a new mechanical key as well. Needed to replace a lost key fob for my 8-year old EV. Prompt reply to my call and very friendly and informative on the phone. Brought the car (2017 Chevy Bolt) to their shop and waited about 20 minutes while they programed the fob - much more complicated than I expected.
