We needed help with all of our door locks (6). Raphael came promptly the next morning with his assistant and gave us a reasonable quote for rehabbing 4 locks and handles and replacing the lock sets on 2 doors. The front door lock took about 4 hours to rehab due to its age and complexity. The real problem was trying to find a lock set for one old door to a storage room that is 4 inches thick that nobody had a solution to. After trying for 2 days, Raphael came back for a third day with the original lock set completely rehabbed. Our newly purchased on van locking gas cap stopped working as we were trying to remove it to fill up at Costco gas station. We usually fill our tank when we hit about 1/2 full. Very disappointing. We Lost our boat Keys, called This locksmith who made a new key for our boat, he did not make the key correctly, we had to buy a new ignition. My husband called him back to advise him, at this time he admitted he didn't know much about boats. He committed to reimburse us gave a specific time and day, he was a no show, no call. My husband called him again, said he got busy as the reason for not showing, he committed again to reimburse us (repeated the commitment three times), and promised to come again on Tuesday again no show, no call. My husband went else where, we called him to ask him when he would reimburse us, he said he would come out today then he called back and said it was too long and he wasn't going to reimburse us. I had Rafael cut and program my 2011 Camry key (needed a spare). I had paid $29.95 for it on Amazon. And he charged me a little over $100 for the service. At a local Toyota dealership it would've easily cost nearly $300. Aside from the savings, he easily duplicated and programmed the key in less than 20 minutes.
