This was not only the best price I found on my purchase of 3 guns but they actually had 2 of the three that are very rare and hard to find. Shipped out within a few days and was able to track my order by logging into their website. My FFL contacted them with his information. This was over a $3,000 order so I was a little nervous based on some other bad reviews but I have nothing but good to say about my online ordering experience. I placed a couple orders with this company due to their absolute amazing pricing. I quickly found out it was a terrible mistake. A few days went by after placing my first order and there was no movement. Soon after the order went missing completely. When I inquired as to why the order was canceled there was never any response but a full refund was issued. Also the second order I placed for a Glock 26 sat for nearly a week with no activity. I then requested a cancellation at that point and never received a response. I finally reached out again because the order was cancelled and their was no refund to be found anywhere. I reached out the next day and there was a response that the refund was issued that day. I can't believe I had to reach out to get a refund that should have been issued the same day the order was cancelled. I placed an order on June 28, 2020 for multiple related (non-FFL) items and everything showed as in stock when the order was finalized. I receive an email four days later stating four items weren't in stock and would be receiving a refund for the difference in 3-5 business days. I reply back that the remaining in stock items aren't of much use without the other items that were in stock when the order was originally placed and would like a refund of the total purchase. I'm then informed that there would be a 15% cancellation/restocking fee even though it was their fault for not having the items in stock. Instead of screwing customers after the fact, invest in a real-time inventory management system. This will be my last purchase from them! read more

I was a first time gun buyer and Locked & Loaded was the first website I ordered a new gun from. Pros: Great price compared to my local gun stores. Also I received prompt and great service via e-mail on some of the issues I ran into. Cons: As a new gun buyer I was not aware of the FFL issues that not all (or even most) of the local business sites listed for my area during the website purchase either no longer offered 3rd party gun ownership transfers or had very high costs for this service. Locked & Loaded helped me find a local business in my area that would do this so it is not an issue now (but I would have checked this out before I placed my order if I knew this in advance). I find it difficult to believe that Camille C. of Magnolia TX is a real review since the review was posted on Nov. 16, 2020 and she states that the difficult to find gun was received on Nov. 17! I hope she was just confused, but this makes me reticent to do business with a company that appears to be lacking in customer service and integrity. When you run an online business, you need to make the effort to be totally honest with policies that make potential customers (like me) confident to do business with you--from the reviews section I am not at all confident. Just awful shipping times and communication. Average email response has been 4-6 days. It's extremely hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone here also. I purchased a rail at first from them and it came within a week thinking great, this company isn't too bad after all. I was extremely wrong. I placed a much larger order for the rest of my needed parts and waited and waited. I placed my original order on March 20th and then called and added to the order on March 24th Instead of paying their high shipping for individual items again as the items hadn't shipped yet. They added to the order and gave me the same 8-14 business days until delivery. It's April 20th, a month later and still not even a shipping notification yet. This is insane. I emailed 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. I had emailed another week before that and got the same 8-14 days until delivery answer. My LCP II arrived without a magazine. My local FFL is a friend so I know that's not where it went missing and I seriously doubt it was Ruger's fault, so the most likely culprit is someone in the LockedLoaded shipping department. I went ahead with the FFL transfer since I knew I wasn't shipping it back just for a missing magazine. LockedLoaded customer support says they can't help because the FFL transfer already occurred and the gun is now "used", even though they admitted that in this particular case, they wouldn't require the gun to be shipped back anyway. Very frustrating. Hopefully this review will warn other shoppers to stay away and/or encourage LockedLoaded to clean up their act. read more

First off the customer service lady gets 5 stars! She is very professional and helpful. She did her best to help me and she probably ought to get a job with a company that cares about their customers as much as she does. Now as far as locked and loaded I'd love to be able to give them a negative 2 stars. I have never ordered something that was listed as in stock and had to wait more than a week or two. My order was placed May 1st. I ended up cancelling 7 1\2 weeks later. There was never any indication that my order was going to ship let alone it was ever in stock. Never do business with this company. I ordered a Spikes Tactical 9mm upper from them because they had the lowest listed price. Shipping was high, but overall it was still lower than the price at my local shop. On their website they stated that because of this Coronavirus situation, their shipping department was running a little over the 5 to 10 day window. I thought ok that's fine. However, after two weeks, I still hadn't gotten an email saying my item had shipped. I sent an email, they replied back with what looked like an auto generated message saying that items were being shipped after 8 to 14 days. By three weeks I'm pretty hot. This is the last piece I need to finish my build. I send another email. Same auto generated answer 8 to 14 days. I'm totally pushed by now so I call them. Woman who answered the phone didn't seem to even know where she was working as I had to ask if it was lockedloaded I was speaking with. I told her my situation and said I just wanted a refund. She said she would process it and send me a confirmation email. Three more days go by and no email and no refund on my card statement. I work late so was planning on calling the next day. Next morning when I get up four days after making the call to cancel..... I get an email saying that my item had shipped. This of course after I had ordered another one from a much more reputable company. This company has terrible customer service, and a horrible business model. Beware!!!! These people are frauds and thieves. I placed an order on a Sunday and immediately after ordering had to cancel because the wrong gun was purchased. An email was sent to them almost instantly. A nice girl by the name of Blair wrote back to me telling me there's a 15% restocking fee. The transaction was never processed, the gun never left the store, and a shipping label was never created. Now they're going to keep 15% of 500 dollars because they feel like it? I purchased a Ruger 10/20 110 round drum from Locked Loaded. I had the item for about a week before I had a chance to try it. It performed flawlessly but then would not reload. I contacted Locked Loaded and asked for the item to be replaced to which they informed me that I had to go to the manufacturer in Germany for my redress. Evidently our consumer protection laws have been removed as I had the item less than two weeks and the last time I checked I could return any item for any reason within 30 days of purchase. I suppose because this is an evil 2nd Amendment gun accessory these communists who now control our country have put together special policies that allow for this bullshit. READ THE FINE PRINT!! Even if your purchase is nothing out of the ordinary, the payment process is very specific and if you make a mistake which the payment page allows you to make, they charge a "re-stocking" fee of 15% which includes the shipping even though they never shipped anything. How exactly do you re-stock shipping? So the re-stock fee is more like 20-30% depending on what you attempted to buy. Definitely a hustle. Every other website from every other store I have tried gives you an "error message" if you attempt to do something incorrect on your order, but this company just charges you anyway and then refunds only a portion because it was YOUR fault for not being an expert at their rules. It took 14 business days to ship, then arrived the day after at my FFL. When the website says "in stock" it doesn't mean it is in stock at the Pana store. It apparently means it is in stock somewhere in the world. I called twice, the last time she said that everything just arrived at the store and then said she would get it shipped that day. Then I get an email saying my FFL did not have a current license on file. The next day I had my FFL email them a current copy. My handgun arrived the next day. I though since my FFL was a choice when ordering they would have a current license on file. IF YOU ORDER, SAVE SOME TIME AND CALL TO SEE IF YOUR FFL LICENSE IS CURRENT. Out of the blue i received an email from this fake company. How did this company get my email address??? Decided to research online. Wow, sounds like the exact same company as Two Testicles Tactical, aka Brushfire Tactical, aka Stackin' Bodies, a TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!! Run by a guy that calls himself Ben and has a girl name "Jess" that runs the so-called office. Texted Ben several times and he claims he grew up in San Clemente, CA and served in the Army. Guy was cool until we gave him our money. When I dealt with them they were located in Tennessee, not Illinois. This company took money from my friends and I then disappeared. They even sent tracking info for items that we never received. Stopped answering all calls; just disappeared with our money. When that happened I researched them online and found a thread on AR15.com that described the same experiences for others. At that point I knew it was a fraud. Went to BBB site and bingo, same thing. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I remember they even wanted us to use Square App for the transaction because of some nonsense about their online transaction company or google or someone not being gun-friendly with them and making things difficult for them. I have placed several orders with them. The quickest ship time I have received was 10 days. I have had orders canceled days later, stating stock error, only to find it on their site at a higher price. I have lost getting items that I ordered from them in good faith only to have the ordered canceled and the item go out of stock at other sites and losing the chance to get it somewhere else. Very poor customer service and a bit of a fraud. After two weeks my order hadn't shipped so I asked if they couldn't ship it within the expected timeframe for them to cancel my order and refund my money. I then got a shipping notification yet the order didn't actually ship for another 3 days. When I got the order both items looked as they had been used and just thrown into any packaging that worked. When I tried to get a return shipping label, I was told that I should contact the Post Office as L&L hadn't insured the shipping and thus it was the Post Offices' fault for the used items sent. I still haven't heard back from L&L so I'm now going to go to my credit card company and file a claim to get my money back. read more

Same bad experience as all the rest. I read the complaints on the BBB and they're all similar. They mentioned bad reviews on Yelp which prompted me to come and read them. (FYI, Locked & Loaded claims on the BBB response that reviews on Yelp are fake). I purchased a handgun on Friday, uploaded FFL on Saturday, on Tuesday they asked for the FFL. I contacted them to tell them that I already sent it and asked if they needed it again. They emailed back and said that they don't have it. Then they emailed and said my order was canceled due to "inventory issues." I noticed the price went up $75 after I bought it. So I assumed that they just don't want to sell it for that price. I called and asked sales if it was in stock. She said yes. I called customer service (same girl as sales) and asked why it was canceled. She said it wasn't in stock. I reminded her that she told me 10 minutes ago that it was in stock. Then she said it isn't in stock for the price I was charged on my credit card. I was right all along, they just didn't want to honor the price on the website. Beware! I recommend using a reputable dealer. This company is very new and isn't close to having it's act together yet. I placed an order for a rifle a week ago and my credit card was immediately charged. Today I looked at my credit card statement and the full amount had been refunded. After an unanswered email, it took several calls to get through. I was told that they were out of stock and had to cancel my order and that "someone should have emailed me the day that I ordered it to tell me that they had to cancel because they were out of stock." Bought some ammo from them online. Got an email a half hour later telling me the ammo was no longer in stock and I would be issued a refund. Went on their Facebook page and commented on the post where they had that specific ammo listed for sale that it was no longer available. They commented on my post saying that it was still available. I then posted screenshots of my invoice, and their correspondence with me saying it was no longer available. Basically, they are not honoring the price that they sold the ammo to me for. And probably lots of other people as well. They just raised the price, and told me that the ammo was no longer available. When I questioned them on Facebook about doing that my comment was taken down. I put it back up again, and I'm now blocked from commenting on their Facebook page at all. Placed an order on December 29th, 2019 which included a shotgun. One week went by without a shipping confirmation, I called to verify that L&L had the FFL information and anything else they needed. A woman stated that everything looked good and that it should ship soon. Another week goes by, no shipping confirmation or contact by L&L. Called and spoke with the same woman who stated that she would look into it. 3 days pass without any information or contact from her. I call again, each time the same person (who honestly sounded as if she could not care less), she would not let me speak with management but claimed that she would pass it on to them. Nearly another week later without a call, I call and tell her to cancel the order (she claims she has to get management approval and there may be a 15% cancellation fee).. sent L&L a facebook message to verify that the order cancelled. Then get a phone call from the (supposed) co-owner Ryan, who talks my ear off in apology and offers further discounted products to make it up to me. I said that I would email his assistant Blair with products I'd like this so-called discounted pricing on and he stated that he would email me pricing the next morning. I send and email, and no reply.. 3 days later email Blair who states she will have Ryan call me (Ryan was at Shotshow this week and obviously had better things to do than contact/assist me). 2 more days still no contact. Email Blair and she again forwards to Ryan. 2 more days, nothing. Email her again, she calls with pricing and I add one more product to the order. 3 days later they call to tell me they had accidentally sold the shotgun that I had originally ordered and it was out of stock. Claimed I would be refunded, it's been 12 days and I have not seen a refund hit the account. I honestly believe that they had no intentions of refunding me and hoped that I wouldn't follow it. LockedLoaded is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, and shady in every way. Pricing is the only thing they have going for them, but there are others than come close on pricing and have even decent customer service. Multiple awful reviews on here that all mention the same issues with customer service and specifically the useless lady that answers their phone. First off, I have never done a review. But my experience with this company was so terrible that I felt the need to warn others. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered an item from them and they sent me no order confirmation or anything (but they were perfectly fine with taking my money)... I ended up calling and asking them to send me an order confirmation. They were not friendly or apologetic or caring whatsoever. After I got an order confirmation is still took weeks to get a shipping confirmation. After it was finally shipped, it was sent to the wrong address and returned all the way to the sender.
