I had heard a lot about LockKeepers prior to the visit, I tried to tune it all out so I could take it all in. I don't drink anymore, so seeing a non alcoholic drink section was nice to see. I was made aware that the base of the Aplos was very herbal and tart. The first one brought to me was very tart. Very, very tart. I was not a fan, my dad was going to drink it, our waitress: Deja noticed and offered to have it remade. I accepted, the bartender came out to drop it off and explained how she changed it up. She stood by me and waited until I tried it. A bit much, it was better. The tartness was only at the end for a brief moment. They didn't have a specific gluten free menu, but Deja did tell us what was naturally gluten free and/or could be modified. A lot of the food is made in house. A lot of it looked appealing, but they had gluten free noodles that were not made in house. So I went with a trusted filet mignon cooked medium. The demi glace was an excellent touch. The potatoes were pretty good. The broccolini wasn't what I was hoping for. My parents dishes were much larger. Leftovers were had and enjoyed on a second day. I would maybe try the short ribs next time we would go. The building is very rustic and decorative. The bathroom is upstairs; an elevator is present is needed. A very interesting place. Staff and kitchen very accommodating. The prices are high for the amount you're given. Would love some in house pasta that is gluten free with an in house sauce. I was there primarily for the company. Not my favorite spot. I would be willing to go again.

The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and precise. He was very accommodating and professional. The food was very good. Everyone loved their dishes. The lobster pasta was a big hit. The ribeye was fantastic. My filet was a bit overcooked but good. The ambiance is upscale casual. They have a full bar and great drink options. It is a bit pricey for the filet and lobster ravioli serving sizes. But the rest of the dishes were good sized. Overall it's a very nice place to celebrate a special occasion. Parking can be tricky but they have valet.

Came here for my birthday dinner. Had reservations at 5pm. Per the site they had happy hour during this time however no happy hour menu was given to us. Place is clean and big (2 floors). We started off with the calamari which was delicious then ordered the Caesar salad. I was between ordering the lobster ravioli and the seafood risotto. Decided on the seafood risotto which was very good and had a good portion size but I will probably opt for the ravioli next time. My husband was between the filet and ribeye. The ribeye was over cooked and you can see below (& Taste) the grilled charred on steak. Probably will lean towards seafood at this restaurant over steak. Overall, service and server were great!

Stopped in for happy hour Friday evening before we went to the movies to see wicked. They have a great happy hour menu!! Bartenders were attentive and friendly. Had some delicious red wine paired with a few apps (pepperoni pizza, sun dried tomato dip and chips, cheese plate, Cesar salad) and had to top it off by the seasonal dessert which was to die for!! Great crowd for a Friday evening. Will definitely return and always love sitting at the bar.

LockKeepers? More like LockKeepers-of-my-heart. The food was chef's kiss--every bite better than the last. The staff treated us like VIPs without the attitude, and the vibe was fancy enough to impress but cozy enough to relax. 10/10 would cancel plans just to eat here again.

The restaurant is super cute inside and our server Karen was great. That's pretty much the reason for the high rating because, the food wasn't as good as we anticipated. Everything was very bland. It wasn't horrible - but bland! After we went home and added salt it was good but for the prices I figured it would've came seasoned. The pear martini was awesome and so were the meatballs and polenta. I want to come back for happy hour because they have another menu for happy hour that seems more appealing to me. Unlike most places after happy hour is over you can no longer order from that menu fyi.

My family has come here several times, but this was my first time since I live out of town! We came for a post-Easter mass dinner and we had a lovely time. The appetizers and dessert were great for sharing and super flavorful! The entrees were also good, but honestly I favored the appetizers and dessert a bit more. Our servers were friendly and attentive, and also our particular waiter was quite funny! The ambiance was old school kind of mid century wood vibe, like classic American style. Overall, we had a nice time!

This place was AMAZING!!!! The service the ambience everything about it was a one! First off the server Cade was so personable and cute, we all loved him! We also had another person unexpectedly show up in which they were super accommodating for our reservation and switched us to a whole new table! The food was so so ravishing and delicious. They were very kind to one of the vegetarian customers that we had that night and the seafood cooked was so divine. I will most definitely be coming back here again!

Overview: Great food, large portions, great ambiance Food: For a family lunch, we had a party of four. We started with the beef carpaccio for an appetizer, and it was simply perfect. We ordered a variety of entrees including the duck pasta, a seafood risotto, and the short ribs. The duck pasta was excellent. The seafood risotto was very good. The short ribs were good but nothing spectacular. Overall the quality of the food was very good. Drinks: Nice drink selection. Everyone in our party had something from the bar. Red wine by the glass, a draft Belgian beer, a bottled Belgian beer, etc. Service: Good service, helpful staff Ambiance: Classy lodge theme to the restaurant. Subdued atmosphere, great for conversations. Overall cleanliness: above average Bathroom cleanliness: above average Misc: (1) Seating could be better thought out. In a nearly empty dining area, we were seated literally adjacent to another table. That party left, and another party was seated at the same table. If the place is nearly empty, space the guests out for a little privacy! (2) Bathrooms are upstairs. (3) Valet parking available.

I'm from Pittsburgh so the lack of Italian food in Cleveland sometimes, and only sometimes takes a toll on me. This was a refreshing find for me. The Italian comes with muffuletta on it. You know, the pickled vegetable/olive mix famous in the French Quarter of New Orleans?... My friend got the Caesar salad but with oil and vinegar. They also have coke products here! I don't drink much pop but when I waste calories on pop, it is only ever Coca Cola :) You can get pizza by the slice to go. The white artichoke pizza slices would've taken 40 mins so I opted for pepperoni. They put my slices in bags and I was on my way. I asked about the weekend hours (so I could bring my boyfriend when we aren't working) they do not have weekend hours. Gotta get here during the week YALL! It is entirely worth the commitment.
