My first interaction with Valenti's was via a phone call. That night they were having a Lupus Fundraiser and would have music. So I called to ask if I needed reservations and the person on the line said yes. I made reservations for 6 people. The person on the phones name was Kurt. I had my guests meet me at the restaurant. We ended up with just 4 people. They were so understanding. I had Chicken Parmesan. Crispy Brussel Sprouts Bacon, guest had Egg plant Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, a Shrimp Dish. We had some cocktails. Kurt actually was our server, great personality. The food was EXCELLENT!!!! Everyone they 4 people loved the food. They have officially decorated for Halloween - this place is so cute how they always decorate the bar area for the season. I was so impressed by their red sauce...I swear it has cinnamon or something in it that makes it so unique and delicious. Must try! Great spot to come for happy hour...Friday evenings they have music in the bar area that's an absolute delight to listen to. The stuffed banana peppers (made fresh daily) were some of the best I've ever had. Really love stopping in here and happy it's only a few minutes from our home - such a great spot and we are looking forward to coming in more as the weather gets colder for some truly delicious comfort food and great service. read more

What a great local find! We sat at the bar as there was live music. Actively busy restaurant, warm atmosphere. Decorated nicely for spring with lots of cherry blossoms. Bartender was friendly and attentive. The ricotta fritter appetizer was delicious- flavorful and light and the sauce was bright. The side salads were great portions -the homemade dressings really took them over the top- the Italian dressing was amazing! Wow. Our server happened to be the owner. She was fun and kind. The sausage stuffed peppers were a great start. A little bit of spice, the sausage was tasty, and the sauce - don't even get me started on the sauce. I've been going to local Italian places the last few months one at a time. I like to make ky sauce from fresh tomatoes and ingredients. No paste, canned/jarred sauce, it's all authentic. We had a reservation (8 people) for Easter Brunch a 2 pm. The decoration was just the most amazing thing I've seen in a long time. They have spent a lot of time and effort on this. Just stunning. The food was good, for me it was kind of a bad time, it wasn't breakfast anymore, but it wasn't dinner yet either. There was a lot of breakfast food and a lot of dinner food on that buffet, and the best: all the desserts. Everything very tasty and well prepared. The table service for beverages was lacking a little bit, but I agree that they were very busy. But my husband never got his Diet Pepsi refill, I never got my second cup of coffee, although we had asked several times. When we were ready to leave one of the waitresses asked if everything was ok, and I told her, yes, but we never got our refills. She immediately brought my coffee, unfortunately a little too late. We made reservations for brunch at 10:30 today, 5/26/24. We just arrived at the restaurant to find it is closed. No signs posted that the restaurant is closed for the holiday, or opening later than normal business hours. After checking Facebook, and other social medias, again, there is nothing posted to indicate that Valenti's is closed today. This is such a disappointment considering we traveled out of town to visit family and were looking forward to their brunch experience. Our local family goes out to eat regularly and they have never been to Valenti's and we're looking forward to adding them to their rotation...I guess they lost out on new business. Consideration for keeping up to date business hours and not allowing for online reservations would be a good idea. At this time, I cannot recommend Valenti's . read more

Lovely evening at Valenti's. Dana provided wonderful service, making sure all of our needs were met. The meatballs and calamari both tasted wonderful. Out of our group of six, three had the special braised short ribs and all enjoyed. I went with lobster ravioli and savored this rich dish. Son & I shared the cupcake cannoli. We got the last one. My quest for Northeast Ohio's best veal parmesan continues. Visited Valenti's for the first time last Wednesday. Located in a fairly generic strip center. When we walked in , we were met by the hostess who asked if we had a reservation....we did not. Not an issue as the we were the only ones in the dining room for a little while. The bar area was a different story. Every seat taken, a small combo was playing polka music and Italian standards. My wife and I are in our mid-sixties. We felt like the kids in the place. Service was prompt and friendly. Out waiter was probably new, but a nice enough kid who did a good job. Food was solid, portion size decent and came with excellent bread. Also had a Manhattan (very good) and a nice glass of Chianti. Dining room did fill up a little after we arrived. Decent enough experience. No real complaints, but no compelling reason to return. Back again, this time with friends as Valenti's is following all covid guidelines and so we feel safe dining here. The kitchen is back to normal operation and all menu items are available as well as some very unique specials. The Italian sushi appetizer was one of the specials. Prosciutto and cheese, sun dried tomatoes inside wrapped with risotto and a basil leaf. It was so delicious we ordered a second serving! They also offered a lobster claw martini appetizer which was like a ceviche, we didn't order it but it was a nice choice for a summer menu. For dinner they had a mojito seafood special (halibut or swordfish was available). Three of us ordered the halibut. It was served on a bed of risotto with a basil lime sauce. They used food science techniques to create little pellets of lime that you break and they season the fish. A perfect light dish for a summer evening. One friend had the other special which was Chicken Saltimbocca. I tried some, very tender and flavorful. Was happy to hear that the homemade cannoli where back, so of course we had to have some. Yes, they make their own shells and fill them to order so you get a nice crisp shell with wonderful filling. I was told that with covid, the kitchen has the time to be creative and it shows. We planed a special occasion dinner at Valenti's. Made a reservation got a confirmation number and figured we were all set for a great meal and an enjoyable evening. Arrived twenty minutes early. There was no one at the desk to seat us. We waited fifteen minutes and still no one approached us. During this time several couples came in and just seated themselves. Finally my wife went to the bar and caught a lady to see what we had to do to get seated. At first she walked away them came back and my wife explained we had a six o'clock reservation. With a great deal of eye rolling and grumping she said she was coming. Ten minutes later she appeared with a tablet. She asked for the reservation info we gave it to her. After a bit she said we did not have a reservation. After showing her the confirmation she sorta looked perplexed and said even if we seat you we are short staffed and probably would not be able to serve you. This pretty much ruined the evening. I realize it is very hard running any business at this time but. There is no excuse for the way we were treated. If you choose to try this restaurant be prepared and have a back up plan. O read more

Valenti's is an Italian restaurant. We showed up a little bit before 5pm and sat outside on the patio. There wasn't to many people there at this time but around 530pm it started to get more foot traffic. It's definitely a more classy restaurant and your attire should match however we felt comfortable and not out of place sitting on the patio. (We we're in jeans and T-shirt's). The waitress was the only one serving the area at the time and she did really well as all the tables started to fill up. We received our meals in a timely fashion. I got a tiramisu martini which was yum, can't say it reminded me of the dessert but I still really enjoyed it. The ricotta fritters are so good, definitely recommend those as an app. Hot, and delicious. I got the chicken piccata and my date got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. We both enjoyed our meals. It's a nice Italian themed restaurant, lots of older folk stopping for happy hour which goes until 6. It appeared as if they were going to have some live music later in the evening. I love this place!! The food was amazing! Best meatballs I've ever had and the sauce they use is to die for!! Only issue I had was the customer from the waiter. Im very big on customer service. I used to be a waitress so I know how it goes. Good service equals good tip. It also determines how the customer will feel about the restaurant in all. We sat and waited for the waiter for 10+ minutes and they barely had customers. It took a while for the food but that was expected we did order a lot. The waiter brought the food however never asked if we needed anything else so it made me feel bad and needy to keep asking for water or something else. read more

This was our first time at Valenti's and only tried it because of the seating availability on Open Table. We booked outside patio seating and were not disappointed as the chairs were comfortable and the weather was perfect as the sunset during our visit. The service was very disappointing as the server failed to follow-up on several requests including holding the red onions on our wedge salad, bringing salt & pepper to the table (luckily my wife had small packets in her purse) and refilling our water (I went to the bar and asked for water). Both of our meals were well prepared and looked appealing but lacked flavor and seasoning. Overall, our experience was only memorable in a negative sense and we will not be back. read more

I really enjoyed this place! I like to take myself out on personal date nights after I make a blood donation. I wasn't feeling great and needed some food quickly. I was able to make a very fast reservation for 20 minutes later on their website. When l walked in the hostess (one of the family members of the owner) was sweet, warm, and welcoming. She made sure to give me a cute table on the patio since I was by myself. The wait staff was so nice and did a great job! The food was also great! The bread was hot and fresh. It was served with a delicious olive tapenade that I could've eaten by the spoonful !! So good! I chose the pappardelle bolognese, which was also scrumptious! The chef puts this julienned special radish garnish on top. Fun. Capped it of with a white sambuco with the appropriate 3 coffee beans. I brought home a tiramisu.
