I was helped by Ori. Great guy, great service. We had run into a little trouble with some of the locking mechanisms, but he figured it out right away. We struggled through the heat of the day together and got everything working good as new. Which is great considering my car is a disaster on wheels. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. The fact that we could have a conversation while we died in the heat together was great. 5.5/5 would call again. We had our car door lock punched out with a screw driver and our car door wouldn't lock. Our auto mechanic had recommended we go to an auto repair shop which would require that we drive there for an estimate and the job would take about a week. We called Lockology and Frank came to our house and it was amazing, he rebuilt the lock good as new in about half an hour. Follow up service during warranty period is poor. We were told Edgar would come out two different days and he never did. First time, the office called to tell me he would not make it out, 2nd time, no call at all. They still have not fixed a lock which keeps unlocking on it's own. We paid $275 for 2 locks and attempted repair of a old cabinet lock. read more

I called lockology to make replacement keys/fobs for our two cars. One was done without incident. The other, newer car, was a bit more complicated... The technician somehow tripped the security chip, preventing my automobile from starting. The only fix was to tow my car to the dealer for reprogramming of my two keys. Thankfully I have Trip A. To lockology's credit they did give me the key free of cost and John (?), the technician locksmith, was friendly, honest and capable. Another big plus is that they will travel to your location and do the work on site in their mobile lock shop. I would not hesitate to call lockology in the future for any lock/security needs. read more

Let me begin by saying I have a very, very hectic life. Loose myself coming and going constantly. Sometimes, I also loose my keys. 3 times now (yes 3!) in the last year I have had to call these guys to save my butt, and 3 times now they have went over and beyond what I hoped for. They are available 24/7, quick response time, with amazing customer service. I was skeptical at first, my car is a newer model BMW that the dealer said only they could make the key for at $325 with a 5-7 day wait, but Frank worked his butt off the first time DETERMINED to see to it I had a key that day. It took some sweat but when he left, I had my key! They are very efficient in office as well, because when Daniel came out on my 2nd call, he had all the codes he needed from last times paperwork. Best part of it all??? They were cheaper then the dealer, and I had key same day! My experience with these guys has been absolutely wonderful, and I would refer them to anyone who has ANY TYPE of lock issue. I shopped around for locksmiths this time around since we forgot to get one of our doors locked changed so that it matches the other keys. Most locksmiths charge a service fee for coming to your home and I found that varied from $25 all the way to $58! Then, they charge an amount per lock, depending on what needs to be done. Lockology was the best deal and quickest to respond to come out and change the locks. Daniel was great and understood what needed to be done and changed the locks in a snap. Very professional and easy going. We ended up sharing our kid photos by the end of the visit! I would definitely use them again when a lock issue arises. read more

EDGAR is the BEST!! I am very pleased with the service I received from Lockology. Edgar came to SF and took care of what I needed, he was super friendly and very accommodating. Most locksmith company are so rude in my experienced. I got a new set of keys made and a new remote control for my Acura TL 2004. However they remote control did not seem to work correctly. I called the company and spoke with Simone asking if it would be possible for me just to mail back the remote control and get a refund. Without any hesitation Simone asked me if there was anything he could do to make it better, but if I still insist to send back the remote for a refund he would be glad to accept that... WOW, to me that is outstanding customer service. I hope I will not need a locksmith in the near future, but if I or anyone I know needs one.... Back in December I lost my only car key. Of course it was a chipped key and really complicated AND as it turned out the ignition had been redone badly before I bought the car and was actually impossible to rekey without also putting some new parts on the ignition. Other companies had quoted me a small fortune for this but Lockology really went the extra mile and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Our technician, Eli, was very helpful and patient. It turned out to be a multiple day job because parts had to be ordered etc but he was really on top of it. I called several locksmith companies to get a quote on a car lockout because of a inoperable key. I ended up selecting Lockology Locksmith because they were customer service minded and priced fair. The phone representative was very helpful in offering information about alternative to manual keys and key fobs. I felt he was honest in his explanation. So when I called back I was told to expect a locksmith in a 1 hour and 1/2. I was contacted by Eli advising me he would arrive at my residence in 20 mins. My car clicker battery died, so I had been using my car key. After leaving Safeway with bags of groceries and inserting the key to the only lock on the outside of my car, it turned and turned without any result. I was locked out. We bought a used 2014 Toyota Sienna, the dealership was ridiculous in not wanting to throw in a second remote, wanted to charge a small fortune (these models require a special "tool" to program new remotes). Long story short, we eventually got one unprogrammed remote from the dealer and one from Amazon. I tried messaging a few locksmiths on yelp, Lockology was the only company to respond that they could help. Set up an appointment over yelp messaging. Morning of the appointment, Ori called to say that his schedule of appointments was going to take him from Hayward where we live, to Oakland, and then back to us, probably late. He asked if he could come early, we were totally cool with that, and grateful that he called to let us know and see if there was a better plan. Ori the technician saved my life today. Few weeks ago I had dropped the keys to my 2006 Saab 9-3 somewhere on the freeway while riding my motorcycle and its been sitting ever since. Dealers wanted over $1,500 because the cim module supposedly had to be replaced. Last night my mothers car with my motorcycle keys was broken into and for some reason they took the keys. Called around to many places today but most were closed considering its Sunday and those who picked up did not do motorcycle keys. These guys' prices were good so I had them come out for just the bike. Ori showed up and got to working on my 2005 Kawasaki Ninja zx-6r. Told him what happened to my Saab and he said they had a guy that did Saab keys. Got the bike keys knocked out AND he got the module out of the car to have it reprogrammed by their Saab guy. Dedicated worker man he bent the hell out of one of his tools to get into where the module was housed. Saved me a ridiculous amount of time and money. Should be getting a reprogrammed module and 2 keys tomorrow for the Saab installed. Couldn't be happier my motorcycle keys were stolen. read more
