Ori came out to site after speaking with their dispatcher they were fairly sure they good copy of the key. This was a FOB from a rental. The tech was unable to duplicate the key without having to order it for another three days. He suggested I call the car rental company, which I was reluctant to do, turns out the cost of replacing one key with the rental company was half the price it would've cost me with this amazing company. I noticed how timely, intelligent, and efficient and they were. On top of it I wasn't calling one guy in one van. I'm sure the guys are great and would not like me for saying this but I'd much rather call this company that has a lot more experience (triple the experience by having at least 3 techs). Buddy has his Porsche parked at my aunts house. Lost his key, and needed to move his car. He had no spares... they where able to make new keys and get the car started. It was expensive but he did do a bunch of work. Including taking out the computer soldering, programming then making the keys and programming them. Super pain in the ass and cost me a bunch. I recently purchased a used vehicle that only had one FOB and wanted a second one as a backup. The dealer quoted me a very high price so I decided to shop a compatible FOB online and have it programmed by a locksmith. The first locksmith I called gave off a bad vibe. They were $40 cheaper but it didn't feel right. I called Lockology and David answered the phone. Before agreeing to make the appointment he asked if I had the FCC# for the FOB and a few other questions. Once he was satisfied the FOB was compatible he scheduled the appointment. I live in the East Lake neighborhood in Oakland. Of all the nearby locksmiths to report response rates within 10 minutes via Yelp, this was the only place to actually respond to me within 10 minutes. Also, the most affordable quoted rate and they were able to service me on a Saturday. I called in and asked how soon they could come. They had a locksmiths at my door within 45 minutes. I meant to write this review when it happened, but life gets busy. I was at work a few nights ago and the lock literally fell out of the front door as my manager was locking (or trying to lock) the door. A customer mentioned lockology locksmith to my manager and she was like, "CALL THEM!" I got locked out of my apartment a few evenings ago, and was luckily able to borrow someone's phone since mine was locked in the house. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get help since it was already 7pm, but I called Lockology, and Eli was at my door in less than 20 minutes. I didn't know that our apartment complex's doors are some of the hardest to unlock and pick, but Eli was super helpful and did everything he could to get the door open without having to drill and change the locks which I'm sure would be more expensive. I needed a key replaced for my bmw. The dispatcher who's called 'Alex' sent a guy out to make one the same day. He spent a while going back and forth between his van and my car making adjustments. I also needed him to delete the keys on the manifest. In doing so, he accidentally deleted the new key he just made *facepalm* So. I guess he and his boss became very embarrassed because they have since cut off all communications even after I paid! haha, what a joke. Never hire these tool buckets.
