Sean moved 2 safes and a fire proof filing cabinet for me charged $400 offered to buy 1 of the safes instead of taking the $400 payment, at the time I was not ready to sell. When it came to sell them I offered them to Sean, he said he'd give me a $100 each, I said no because I knew they were worth more because of his first offer of $400 for one. I when sold them to someone else we called Sean to move them he told the buyer they were not worth anything but if he did want them moved he would charge $1,200 plus... Found a coupon on my ralphs receipt so I gave them a go. Good move! Very professional, prompt and super easy to work with! Tristan came and switched out two deadbolts for keyless entry deadbolts, which I had. He re-keyed them so I only have one key for the house. Cleaned up the mess, gave me extra keys, programmed the locks and charged me $160. Easy! They are now the official locksmith of my group. Called to get quote to have 6 locks re-keyed to one key. Quoted $142. When the work was complete (turned out to be 5 locks instead of 6) was handed a bill for $282. No warning, no "hey, theres more work than expected so the cost will be higher." Not nice. read more

When they finished the job they billed me $173.36. They said it was because the job was bigger than they thought. I explained to the person on the phone exactly what I needed them to do.
