Do not use this guy. He replaced a quality lock with a cheap deadbolt and door handle charging me $250.00 and stole the lock he replaced. Shody work, made a huge mess in my house and didn't have plastic covers to collect all the woodchips from drilling unnecessarily into the door. Kept telling me that his work is guaranteed and when I called him back saying the door rattles in the wind, he said to get weather striping. When confronted on the theft of the original door lock, hemed and keep talking that he could not remember taking the brand new door lock I wanted to return to HomeDepo. This place deserves no stars. I gave it one star because I had to. went through home advisor they sent Eddie, who works for ALPH lock & Safe. I had already bought all the locks except one, I just needed him to remove and install the locks and replace one. Eddie said he couldn't use the locks that I bought, he never intended to, basted on a earlier conversation with someone, only the locks that he brought with him he was able to use, Therefore hiking-up the cost of things..($ 200+) Its people like this, that gives businesses a bad name. I would recommend hiring trustworthy, professionals that know how to speak to customers. before they place there business sicker by the door,to first ask if it's okay from the customer. I just want to warn people who are thinking about calling home advisor or AlPH Lock & Safe. Update: Eddie ended up calling me, cause he disagreed with what I wrote, he was very upset and arguing with me and wouldn't let me speak, I ended up hanging up the phone, he called back again, I didn't answer. Very rude. Called to get a quote from multiple locksmiths including this one. He told me he would call me back after 10-15 minutes. I didnt get a call back after 30-40 minutes so when I called him again and asked him for a quote, he said that I had already called his technician (which was under a different yelp name and different number) and received a quote from him. I don't know who his technician is and which quote he gave me. The man I spoke to over the phone then continued to ask me how much I was looking to spend for his service and I said around 150$ or less because most places seemed to be around that price.
