Another 5 star review for Shawn, he was A+ in service. Went snowboarding in Big Bear, wiped out and lost my one and only car key in the snow. Searched for hours with no luck. Called the local locksmiths and because I have a '14 Ford Fusion they all told me that's one of the few cars they could not make a key for. They told me I would have to have the car towed down the mountain to Redlands Ford dealership (bummer) but it was a holiday weekend and dealership parts was closed for next few days (brutal). So I was basically stranded on the mountain for days... Anyway I stayed up until 2am on Craigslist and Yelp trying to find a locksmith who might be able to help me out. Shawn was responding to my questions at 2am and told me he would come out at that very moment for x price or the next day for y (lower) price. Since I didn't need car that night we agreed for him to come the next day. I was a bit skeptical since more than 4 locksmiths told me it couldn't be done until after the weekend when they could call to get key codes. But Shawn came up to big bear from Riverside Sunday morning and after about an hour he had me up and running with two new keys for a rather reasonable price considering the circumstances.
