Had them come install a deadbolt on my apartment. The tech arrived with old worn down tools and didn't have the right tools to finish the job. Told me before he left (I wish I'd known better at the time) that I'd need to hire someone else to back-set the lock plate and left. It took family and friends 5 hours to redo what he did because his jig was a 1/4 inch off and he drilled the hole in the frame crooked. This place shouldn't be trusted. I saw previous bad reviews and thought I'd still give it a shot. I called to ask for a certain service. They asked if I'd like someone yo come to me. I said no and that I wanted to bring it in. Then they told me they'd transfer me to the facility and hangs up on me. I thought maybe we just got disconnected. So I drove to the location. There is NO SUCH LOCATION. I called again and I asked where exactly are they located and said they'll transfer and hung up on me once again. Don't give out your info. They should shut this business down. They won't pick up my calls anymore. read more

Scheduled a smart lock installation with Art! He came and immediately started to install my new lock. Although it did take a couple hours to install (installation with the door issues), he was persistent, innovative and sufficient. I had doubts that my new smart lock wouldn't work, but he kept it positive and resilient for it to work! He want made sure I wasn't left without him trying all possibilities for it to work, even though I was the one getting frustrated he didn't show it and kept it positive! Very personable as well. In early June, I needed to have a padlock a previous tenant had put on the breaker box cut off. Pricing was great...he came in $15-35 less than everyone else, and he was able to come out the next morning. Only reason for the four star is that he didn't reach out to tell me he was running late until over an hour after the 8a-12p window agreed upon, and when he did, I had already left the house.
