DANGER TO THE COMMUNITY The owner of this company nearly rear ended me at 50 mph today as I was approaching a major slow in traffic before a red light in Torrance/Redondo Beach. I tapped by break to get his attention which angered the owner, Yehuda, who swerved in front of multiple cars in the next lane to cut me off and proceeded to break check me. After calling the number on the back of his car to speak to management, he answered the call with extremely aggressive and unprofessional language telling me not to play games with him (probably having seen my dial in his rear view). I am concerned for the possibility of my family and friends being hurt or even killed by this man. NOBODY should be allowed to drive that way. These guys were quick and efficient at unlocking my car, but the price they quoted me over the phone to unlock my make and model was way off. Yehuda said it is more because my model is hard to get into, yet he had it open in less than a minute. He charged me double the price they quoted over the phone. Saying, dispatch would recognize my make and model and expect $154. Big bummer, but so glad to be in my car again. The receipt I requested wasn't itemized at all. When I had a slight problem with the mailbox key requiring a little finesse to work, he was at my place in minutes to have a look and fix it. Called for a quote on a Sunday. Person answered the phone with "hello" while they were obviously driving with the windows open. Could barely hear OR understand them. I told them what I needed done (a key made for a car that I had lost the key too), and was told that the price would START at $200 because it was a Sunday! And that normally it would be around $75-100 (no actual prices here folks!), but because it is Sunday "this is a problem". Had a terrible experience with this business when i was just trying to get my car fixed after a break in. The owner contracts with a locksmith company that I called requesting help, they dispatched him to do the job. After talking with him on the phone to explain the issue, he said he could do it and would be there quickly. However, upon arrival, tried to sell me on a fob for accessing my car instead of replacing the lock as I requested. When I said no to the fob, he refused to perform the job I requested. Said he didn't even have the parts required and that it would look bad. So he showed up to a job with zero intention of actually doing the job... I obviously expressed my displeasure in his actions to which he responded that he didn't want to do it at all because I had "attitude". Well yea, of course, who wouldn't at that point with customer service like that! He obviously didn't do the job and left, leaving my back at square one. Probably thought service didn't matter since it was through another company but obviously it was easy to find his company. Totally untrustworthy.
