I had hoped for a straightforward, respectful interaction while seeking clarity before purchasing an aftermarket key--an investment of several hundred dollars. My questions regarding OEM versus aftermarket options and cost comparisons were fair and necessary for making an informed decision. Unfortunately, responses were sporadic--sometimes through text or Yelp, often left unanswered. Without warning or explanation, I was abruptly informed: "I'm sorry, I can't make you a key. Sorry." This left me confused and frustrated as a customer who simply wanted clear communication before committing to a purchase. I understand that businesses have boundaries, but transparency and basic courtesy should be the foundation of any professional service. I sincerely hope Alex reconsiders his approach to customer relations and uses this feedback as a stepping stone toward improvement. Wishing him the best in that journey. The second visit when he came today , it was his own mistake where he got a broken key / non-functional key ! Also he never purchased any key (as he claimed) and if he had purchased it , I was ready for the service with full payment he asked for - but he didn't have a basic courtesy to honor it, when my family has waited and wasted an entire day for him ! I had locked myself out of the apartment with my dog and requested a quote through yelp and he was the first one to respond immediately alongside an affordable estimate. He was also the only one that was open early and responded at 7AM. He communicated with me throughout the whole time , letting me know how far away he was. Arrived very promptly.
