Despite already being in full shutdown mode, Libar and her team welcomed me warmly, restarted everything for a sandwich and cappuccino, and treated me with genuine kindness after a very stressful visit next door at the emergency vet. Even more remarkable, when I tried to leave a tip for going so far above and beyond, Libar graciously refused with, "I love my job." That kind of compassion can't be trained--it's who she is. The chairs are metal, and when drug against the flooring, they make an awful sound! They really need a form of rubber on the legs. Very hard for grandma, who has hearing aids. Poor thing was so uncomfortable. The room next to us, with a door leading to the window to the kitchen, was so incredibly annoying. They were pounding the entire time we were seated, and it was LOUD! Lacas Coffee is the only standalone coffee provider located inside the main eatery building of Leesburg Corner Outlet. There's no Starbucks at the outlet. So if you're wanting a cup of coffee or a hot or cold latte or frap, you're coming here. The drinks are fine, nothing amazing or spectacular, hot lattes are hot, there are a number of flavored syrups and a few seasonal / specialty drinks. Prices are fair. I posted pics of the stand with the overhead menu sign board including prices which you can zoom in on so go have a look. Is this place worth standing in a looooooong line? Honestly, probably not. I guess it just depends on how much you're craving your dose of caffeine. Lacas Coffee does the job.
