I have to say the staff here are AMAZING. After we ordered tickets online ahead of time we went to get our snacks and drinks. Newer employee knew his stuff when it came to using my rewards credits and upgrades etc. when I noticed I accidentally bought tickets at the other regal.. I really screwed that up. So I asked him can I switch tickets.. he's like yes I think you can and got a manager. Knowing it was on my error I was at the mercy of the employees.. it was 12:50 and the movie was at 1.. they could have said tough order another set or too bad, nope this manager saved the day for my son. She was able to work her magic and get us into the movie with time to spare. I am forever grateful. Between the amazing employees at concessions to the management I am impressed. Crappy, uncomfortable seating. EXTREMELY overpriced considering the seats are the little flip down cheap seats. 20 dollars for an adult ticket and 16 for a child... worst theater ever. Only the entrance and main lobby are nice. Popcorn was stale. It was 10 dollars for a small icee and 8 dollars for a bottle of water. Very sad I spent money here when I should've gone to a better theater. read more

Super clean theater and set up to truly hold a crowd. Tickets are bought at a kiosk, so not sure what the option is if you have cash. There is a large slide for kids as well as an arcade. Prices for concession are on par with other theatres. The restrooms and theatre rooms were super clean and felt welcoming. Will definitely be back to catch a movie here when we're in town. read more

5/5, hands down. Been at theaters all over the US, and this is one of the best by far. The latest Avatar movie was shown in IMAX 3D HFR (high frame rate) - overall it was pretty awesome. I only wish the sound was a little louder to match the visibility of the visual experience. The staff were all friendly and the concessions ($$ for 2 or more) had a good selection. Drinks, candy, and popcorn all enhanced our movie. The restrooms were clean and the parking lot had available spots. It was great to see the theater full and getting good business. Awesome theater. Recently renovated with a swanky lobby, bar area, smoothie counter, 2-story slide, couches/lounge area, and some fancy check-in kiosks and a variety of theater experiences. My husband and I recently went to view Shang-Chi and were the only people in the theater. We chose the RPX premium experience and the screen and sound quality were amazing. We could have done without the pleather seats, which were comfy but squeaky/loud whenever you moved and stick to the back of your legs if you wear shorts or a skirt, as a heads up. You are able to view the theater attendance/seat assignments in advance online, which helps if you are COVID-conscious or simply want to reserve seats ahead of time. There is a staff member in each section of the theater and they are all very nice. They were training new folks when I went to view Dear Evan Hansen last week, which is great. Overall, amazing experience and can't wait to bring my kids at some point. They will love the slide from the second floor! read more

The manager I think his name is Daniel was not nice at all. He looked flustered and snippy even when I asked him how he was doing. No customer service at all. The manager behind the food counter messed up my whole night's experience with my family. Waiting over 20 minutes for a pretzel with cheese. Missed 20 min of the movie for nothing. I got a refund for my pretzel after missing over 20 min of the movie. And they charged me $8 for water with bubbles. Soda water. What a waste of time. Thanks for nothing Mr Daniel. read more

An amazing theater with a nice lobby. The marquee inside with all the lights is so cool. There is a staircase and elevator that allows you to take the slide. Small arcade upstairs too. Nice movie theater and you can pick your seats. Concessions are about what you would expect for a big city. Download the regal app beforehand and you can save some money. Went to see a movie tonight, "Beetlejuice", that was rated PG-13. The folks in the seat behind us had a 4 yrs old child with them who talked through the whole movie. Kept kicking the back of the seats, walking around the aisle, beyond annoying. I got up and asked for a manger. Logan came in-watched for a few minutes and did nothing! During her observation time the kid was yelling at his mom "I don't want to be quiet" and again-she did nothing! Very annoying since the child was not even of age to be in the movie. Spent all this money and it was not enjoyable. I hope that kid has nightmares for years! read more

Awful outdated stiff, narrow seating - seriously, this theater desperately needs an upgrade to their seats. For the price and location, they should be nice like Cinemark (power recline, heated, etc). Concessions were overpriced, and popcorn was not fresh. Really a letdown. I truly hope that since this theater is in a nice area and has big screens that they upgrade it soon. read more

My son has named Regal the best Kid's Choice Movie Event on the planet. Regal Pinnacle Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX and 4DX here in Knoxville has the best fan night events. The Avengers Endgame fan night in 4DX was like a theme park inside of an Imax theater. Dumbo movie Fan Night was really fun the movie was very heartwarming. Captain Marvel was the best female super hero movie ever. My 11 year old son, has been to Black Panther Fan Event and Avengers Infinity War Fan night events and Jurassic world fallen Kingdom. The Imax 3D fan night is awesome; they offer a lot of fun movie popcorn and drinks promotion. read more

I'm a hard of hearing person. So they have closed caption eyewear equipment available, free of charge. I've been enjoying watching theater movies and actually keeping up with the stories. Loved their 4DX experience watching recent Batman movie. Looking forward to experiencing Screen X for Top Gun soon. read more

I've been going to Regal Pinnacle since day one, and have loved how it's innovated over the years. When it began, it was a mega-house of theaters. But now, with all the additional, massive screens, it's really improved in a way I didn't think possible. The screens and sound are perfect, the seats are comfy and aren't stacked on top of one another. They also have a lot of great bonuses. They have a section for kid's birthday parties that is so cool, wish I was a kid again so I could go! They also have actual premieres with major actors. I was fortunate enough to attend a screening in which the biggest of them all, Tom Cruise, actually showed up. Love that they're bringing that to our fair city. It's located in the heart of Turkey Creek. Please keep that in mind during the holidays. Budget for it taking a little extra time to getting to the theater. read more

I can't imagine a much nicer movie theater. My wife and I came here for the first time to see a Fathom Special Event. The parking lot is huge. We came on a Tuesday afternoon, so it was practically empty. The lobby is immense. There is a full Bar on the right side, and smoother bar on the left. All of the ticketing is done in the center of the lobby with self-service machines. However, there were three employees staffing the area to assist or to provide service, if you did not want to use the self-service machines. We needed to check in with an employee to receive our tickets. She immediately brought to our attention that I (mistakenly) selected seats in the the third row, and then promptly re-seated us further back, and printed our tickets. The concession stand had ample employees to quickly get our popcorn, and within minutes of entering the theater, we were seated. The stadium style seating and large rocking seats made for a comfortable view. The theater, like most, was a bit cool. However, we each had our jacket to remedy the issue. The sound and picture quality were exactly as needed to enjoy our film. We look forward to a return visit. read more

This place is definitely one of the best places to go watch a movie in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. It has a premium feel with premium movie seating and experiences with audio/visuals. The staff does not engage as much and the only people you will talk to are the cashiers. The management and staff are very cliquey and do not pay much attention to patrons that are walking around in the foyer area. It's really awesome if you have an appetite and don't want just popcorn drink and candy as they offer meals including chicken tenders, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos etc. But definitely expect to pay the price for that premium at the movie theater. If you catch them on a lucky weekend or weekday there are a lot of movie premieres with famous actors that come to this Regal often as this is the headquarters for regal Cinemas. Little old Knoxville does have some hidden gems within it and this theatre is definitely a catch read more

What is there to say about this place? Its' pretty clean, and the parking is plentiful. Prices can be a little steep, unless you have moviepass. (I don't, but it's a good idea to have if you watch a lot of movies) Regal is a place where you watch movies, plain and simple. The facilities are clean, and I never had any problem as far as when I went and watched movies. This place offers other types of movies depending on how much you want to pay. There's standard, RPX, IMAX, 40mm (when they're showing it), and other types whenever the movies come out. I always found that if you wanted reserved seats this place had it. This place doesn't serve beer though, at least I don't recall that they do. Compared to the location downtown Knoxville, that's something that they lack. I've been to movie theaters that have reclining seats, food that's served in theaters, and beer/full bar. That's something that's not served at Regal's, and they make most of their money off of concessions. Beer/alcohol would definitely help sales, but I guess that's just a matter of time that they make that step for this Regal's. Overall, this place is simple. Their movies are always up to date, and is the bigger movie theaters around in the area. Therea re smaller ones, but the seats are slightly more uncomfortable, the screens a re a little smaller, and the price is lower. I would definitely recommend this place if you're trying to watch an opening night movie. If you want to pre-order your tickets this is the place to watch it. read more

Our experience was horrible. They have out-classed themselves. This theater has a premium look with dollar-theater service. The self service ticket kiosks are buggy and slow. The screen crashed 3 times before we were able to get our tickets. They also only offer a military discount on tickets after 4pm, when business picks up and it's convenient for them. I guess those who served in the military only did so because it was convenient for them too, right? You're better off going to Cinebarre or Tinseltown. Disappointing read more

They have done an amazing job remodeling. I was super excited that we were not required to wear masks. We were not going to stay, if it was a requirement. They have changed the large popcorn containers to tin. I love that, because I use so much butter, it used to soak through the old paper buckets. They have moved all of the games upstairs. We checked it out. I had no idea the second story had so much space. It was just great! The movie we saw was awful, but that is not the theater's fault. We used to visit here almost weekly, since the day they opened. I look forward to many more visits here. I highly recommend this location. read more

We went to watch the new Spider-Man movie and a group of loud teens came in and sat in front of us 10 min after the movie started and were talking loud and cussing, making it not enjoyable for anyone around them. We left the movie and went to talk to an attendant about it (we normally don't complain, but we couldn't focus on the movie) and they were very kind and apologetic and went to check it out and take care of it immediately. Turns out the teenagers didn't have tickets to the movie so we ended up helping them find that out too. The manager gave us free upgraded tickets to the next days showing in their best theater. Customer service done well! Will be making this my normal theater after this positive experience with them! read more

Get it together Regal. Without question the pandemic spun many businesses around and the movie theaters was one of the biggest industries affected. Not to mention that many businesses are struggling to find people to come back to work even now. That being said, after basically a year without movies, there shouldn't be an issue with running out of popcorn buckets, only having one soap dispenser in the women's restroom, or even playing the right movie. All happened on the same visit. If I'm spending $100 alone on tickets, another $50 on snacks and drinks, I expect the things that are within the realm of their control to be right. Pinnacle 18 has been the best place to see a movie for years now with IMAX, RPX, and 4-D. Understandably there will be bumps along the way as we get back to normalcy. But the things you can control, get it together. read more

We sat with the 15 people discussing how stupid this corporate enforcement was. Sure, for a packed movie showing but not one that's been out for several weeks. It was a nightmare trying to change our incorrect seats. As a follow-up on the kids running around from our last visit. Nothing had changed with that. About 10 teenage girls running in and out of the building. Running from one side of the posters to the other outside. Where was security to stop it? They now have you picking seats outside at the ticket booth, which creates even longer lines. During the winter the lines are long enough and they are outside. They have also moved the self service kiosks inside so, many won't think to use them. read more

The best movie going experience! It is a large, beautiful, glamorous theater with wonderful customer service. Everything is clean, state-of-the-art, and fun. The lobby is breathtaking, with a panoramic mural of Knoxville on one wall. The bathrooms are equipped with the newest Dyson hand dryers that are very futuristic. They also have a kiosk at the box office that allows you to buy tickets on a touch screen and skip the long lines. The only strange thing about this theater is that the IMAX screen is not the "full size" IMAX screen. However, it is still huge, and will blow your socks off. Overall, this theater is very family friendly, exciting, glamorous, and fun. It is in a fun area surrounded by restaurants and stores, too. Knoxville, TN is home of the Regal Cinemas headquarters, so they spared no expense in creating this gorious theater. Visit if you have a chance! read more
