    Incredible pumpkin pie
    Matthew K.

Incredible food and more than just BBQ!! Their bbq is so good it's hard to try anything else but their breakfast food that is served all day is also incredible. I had their trip tip Casadia and it was exceptional!! My wife loved their breakfast plate that came with bacon eggs and French toast. It's all fresh and home made! I am going to make the trip back here just to eat here again!!

Heard about this new bbq place in Snelling so we wanted to try it out. Super friendly service. Pull pork and macaroni and cheese was delicious! And it looked very clean. Can't wait to go back!

A nice addition to Snelling. The food was good we enjoyed their breakfast menu. Their staff was friendly and handled it being a busy morning. I love the locomotive vibe.

Pulled pork sandwich. So good had to show my happy face while eating it!

Decided to stop at this cute bar/restaurant on our way out of town and the food was amazing! Our server Ashley and the owner Lalo were so welcoming and hospitable. Definitely recommend the pulled pork sandwich, the Tri-tip and any one of their meats. Never had anything like it. Just so delicious. Can't wait to come back when I'm in town again.

I opted for the chicken parmesan sandwich, and it exceeded my expectations. The chicken was perfectly breaded and cooked to a golden crisp, while the marinara sauce added a rich, tangy flavor that complemented the dish beautifully. The generous layer of melted cheese on top was the icing on the cake, making each bite utterly delightful. The fries served alongside were equally impressive--cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crunch. They were seasoned well and made an excellent accompaniment to the sandwich. Overall, this diner encapsulated everything one could hope for: quality food, prompt service, and an inviting ambiance. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return for another meal. Whether you're craving classic comfort food or just looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a meal, this diner is definitely worth a visit.

Staff here are friendly, there's a solid bit of history and kitsch in the very back on the way to the restrooms, giving character to what is otherwise a decidedly local, low-frills experience. The steak salad (was it a steak taco salad?) looked quite tasty but also ordinary so I skipped it and stuck with breakfast; the sausage and eggs were very much unremarkable, but at least the hashbrowns were nicely pan fried and the eggs were a large portion. Biscuit and gravy reinforced the former impression, but again, hard to complain-- did the job. This place is super affordable and the overall verdict is a solid local place that's easy to appreciate but hard for me to say I would actually get excited about.

You could easily share them between two people and they let you choose a sauce for the pancakes, whether that's syrup Nutella or condensed milk. The espresso shots were actually really good. I was shocked because they are literally shots of espresso. They are not alcoholic unless you ask for alcohol in them. This spot actually offers complementary soup before your meal. For us Mexicans, it's called Sopa de Fideo. This soup was actually authentic, and it was really flavorful and good and was basically an appetizer to the breakfast. The espresso shots did come with a side of bread. Personally, I'm not a big person on espresso by itself however, these espresso shots were really good! Now the actual service here was great. Our waiter was attentive She was constantly refilling our water cups and she was able to give us recommendations for what to eat. Also I will add her recommendations were spot on. The inside of this restaurant is really aesthetically cute. There's a bunch of green anywhere outside. They have a cute patio area where you can eat. If you decide to do that! Anyways, I would definitely come here again. It was reasonably priced and it was really good for a breakfast spot. I will say that and the soup was a nice touch because I love soup!

I arrived a few minutes before they opened, so sat outside with my dog. At opening time, a women (I believe one of the owners) opened the front door with TWO big pieces of bacon in her hands, and excitedly asked if she could give them to my dog! Already blown away by the kindness and hospitality, I of course said 'yes' and my dog was in heaven. The inside looked cozy and inviting, but I sat outside (dog) and ordered the smoked corned beef hash and an orange juice. Not long after, a gentleman came out with the food (I believe he is the other owner) and it looked amazing! The plate was loaded, it came with two perfectly cooked eggs on top and an aioli drizzle that was so tasty. On top of all this, the meal included one of their scratch made biscuits, and the owner/chef gave me some of their gravy to try, on the house! Both the corned beef hash and the biscuit were hands down the best I've ever had. The breakfast potatoes were also cooked to perfection. The portion was almost enough for two people it was so generous. The only thing that would have made the experience 110% would have been fresh squeezed orange juice, but that's just cause I love fresh OJ. I (and my dog) ate like royalty and were treated to the best service I've experienced in a long time. I can't wait to find myself in the Coulterville area again, because I'm sure the rest of The Copperpot's menu is equally delicious, and the people there are the best.

Located in a somewhat industrial area bordering the countryside, it feels like a well-kept local secret--but judging by the crowd, the secret is definitely getting out. We arrived early and were told that the restaurant would become busy. Sure enough, within about 15 minutes, the entrance was jam-packed with people waiting for tables. We were also told that if we had waited until 11:00, we might never have gotten in! The Biscuit Basket serves breakfast and lunch only, and apparently plenty of people know to arrive early. The interior has a pleasant, country-simple décor that feels comfortable and welcoming. Even more impressive was the exceptionally friendly staff. Our server, Adrian, was personable and attentive. He checked on us several times, kept the coffee filled, and made sure the tea was taken care of. Another gentleman delivered our meals and also took time to talk with us. He asked whether we needed anything else and enthusiastically described our selections as some of their best dishes. He was not merely delivering plates--he was proud of what he was serving and continued selling the experience as he went along. The food was delicious. We had biscuits and gravy, I had an omelet, and we both had fresh fruit. Sharon particularly remarked on the quality of the fruit, and I noticed it as well. Restaurants sometimes serve fruit that is underripe or past its prime, but this appeared to have been selected carefully. Everything was fresh, properly ripe, and right on point. We also learned that the people behind the Biscuit Basket have connections to several other successful local restaurant businesses associated with Dan Costa. That experience certainly shows. From the food and service to the smallest details, everything was done exactly right. The Biscuit Basket easily earns five out of five stars--and deserves bonus credit for getting the entire experience right. It was wonderful to see a local business doing so well, and we will definitely return.

Great lunch option after doing Zephyr white water rafting!…read more I ate here with my husband for lunch on a Friday around 12:30 PM. Parking was easy to find, but may be challenging if you're not staying at the connected Yosemite Bug Inn and if it's busy. We ordered at the counter and were given a metal number card. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and patient with us as we decided what to order. We enjoyed coconut water and kombucha for our drinks. We didn't wait long for our food to arrive at our table outside. This is what we ordered: * Chocolate cream pie - it was chocolatey with a thin shortbread crust. Just the right amount of sweet for us. * Chipotle chicken quesadilla - I tasted a small piece and thought it was flavorful. They put a generous amount of cheese. * Bombay sandwich - Warm vegetarian sandwich with potatoes and other veg with what tasted like a pesto or vinegar based sauce. The bread was crisp and the sandwich was split in half. I enjoyed it. After tax and tip, we paid a total of $49.93.
