I have shopped at Staples at other stores and buy quite a bit for my business and personal use because their prices are reasonable and fair. However, the customer service provided by Brian and his staff was something we don't see often anymore and he even followed up with to see if I was able to find what I was looking for. Although I went during the COVID-19 scare, I still believe the store is a clean place. They also have a nice selection of office supplies, networking items and office chairs. They were completely out of hand sanitizer and toilet paper though. But that's to be expected. All in all, I like this Staples location better than the Cleveland store.
