The workers are so friendly and when you go all of the time at night, the night pharmacists get to know you. Particularly Mohammed. He is so nice and always says Hi and asks how things are. The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is because they for some reason took away the self-checkout. I am the type of person that likes it(I know that there are people that constantly complain about it) but there's usually on 1 register open(even during peak times) so it can take FORever to check out. Also during the night sometimes it can be hard to find someone to check you out and before you only needed to find a worker if there was an issue. I though that all CVS's were getting rid of self checkout, but the one in Bayside still has it so that's not the case. This has made me buy less things from here and more just prescriptions. Now accepts contactless pay as well as Apple Pay - yay!

With that being said, unfortunately, I have to change my own personal policies. I went into the 201 Glenn St., Glen Cove location and encountered an employee named Nicole. Not only was she extremely rude and dismissive over my an extremely simple location product. She specifically told me, she does not have the time for me nor my concern and needs. Although, I understand that perhaps "college students" do not honor customer service, there is a line that Nicole crossed. I would hope for all of the CVS locations, they receive better treatment than I have from Grace. CVS is a very important community staple. I would be deeply saddened if one employee named Grace, forces the community to seek more cooperative knowledge, respectfully staff to keep CVS running smoothly and continuing to be the "go-to" for all Long Island customers. Kindness and consideration go far, especially in a pharmacy.

When I read their package insert, it spoke of the art and science of custom hand-formulation, and how they train specifically to make the medications palatable to your cat or dog, with sensitive taste and smell. They said if it's not right, they'll work on it further for you. My package also contained a little cat toy! We're very happy with Glen Cove Chemists for our cat's needs.

It helps when Yuri is there to answer all your questions for any need. He is exceedingly helpful and will go above and beyond. The aisle are spaced apart and easy to move around in the store. It's not cluttered but there are a variety of pharmacy items available. There are other items that are not medicine related available. I highly recommend this place with filling of subscriptions or pharmacy needs. This is the next best thing to CVS but on a personal level to it. The place is Village Square Pharmacy
