I was especially surprised at this because most of the contractors try to cut costs and get the job done. They took a few days to demolish the construction and another few days to install the new Foundation. Then a couple of weeks to install the sunroom. I haven't had any leaks or issues since then, despite several months of rain. I would highly recommend them

He coordinated the crews, communicated consistently, and, most importantly, made me feel like he genuinely had my back. The demo crew did an excellent job removing the old deck quickly and efficiently, giving the project a great start. Carlos did a fantastic job leading the construction of the new deck and overseeing the project. His attention to detail and pride in his work really show in the finished product. A huge thank you to Chad and Mike for the electrical and HVAC work. They went above and beyond, finding creative solutions and making sure every system worked exactly as it should. I wish I didn't have to write this review. My patio install took 10+ weeks after i was told it…read morewould take 4-5 weeks. There were several preventable delays because of their lack of communication, mismanagement and sloppy work. I had to constantly follow up after being ghosted off and on or being told things would happen but didn't. They're more concerned with getting new customers than completing their existing jobs with customers who have already paid their deposit. Look up the customer complaint on them on the BBB website - similar thing happened to me except I was in too deep to get my deposit back and the permit was in progress. Overall they did ok and finally finished the job with no sense of urgency. Final straw was after all the delays and rework, our inspection didn't pass the first time and they had to come back to fix the overlooked issues. Waste of time. Then waited another week after passing inspection for someone to come and install the remaining lights. As another reviewer mentioned, you'll also need to clean up the styrofoam beads and metal shards left behind. I do not recommend them.
