    This place keeps me winning. Loft is a chic comfy option for work and play and this location has been good to me. I am usually in the neighborhood about once a month because my daughter is training with Fresh Air Fund to be a counselor for the summer camp and I always pop in. The store is clean and very well staffed. Their are visible employees on the floor without you feeling hassled. There are about 5 registers that are also well staffed. The lines move pretty quickly (about 5 mins max) and the staff is pleasant. Merchandise seems to turn over rapidly but you can usually find a lot of new merchandise. The sale section is very big and that speaks to my heart. They have one of the best selections of new and marked down accessories, especially statement necklaces. That works for me. I use loft as the go to for such items to jazz up a basic tank and jeans outfit and kick it up several notches. I say dive right on in!

    I just started a new job in the medical field. I was so excited to shop for a business casual wardrobe for my new career. I left work and stumbled upon this loft shop and went straight in with no hesitation because of the beautiful merchandise and displays that caught my eye. When I walked in I was not greeted nor was I assisted when I asked for help. I saw a pair of pants I liked but when I tried looking for my size the pants were falling off of the hangers. Everything was cramped together and I was unable to successfully find the size I needed. I asked the floor manager named Kela for assistance with retrieving the correct size. I asked Kela if she can help me find my size and she started scratching her forehead and put her head down slightly down as she walked to me. She told me all the sizes were out instead of helping me find my actual size. I explained to her that the pants kept falling and it was hard for me to find the pants I needed. I did not want to make a mess trying to find the correct size. I expected to get exceptional customer service from Loft employees but unfortunately she ruined my experience. Lisa was great and helped me feel better. I would not come back to this location and I honestly may second guess coming back to this shop all together. I also found a whole table filled with the pants I wanted and I was not directed there I found it on my own. The first picture is the rack that had the pants and the second one is the table that had more sizes that she did not even mention to me.

    The location is very convenient. I generally zip in and out with my friend. The store is very neat and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never dread stopping in. I can always go back to work on a Monday to tell my coworkers that I saw something nice from Ann over the weekend. They will then always go check the style on the website after I give them my opinion on what I observed.

    This is a large LOFT store with a good selection of products and sizes. LOFT has good deals when they are having a sale, and they have sales so frequently that I refuse to pay full price here. If you buy something at regular price, chances are it will be 40% off next week. The store was crowded when I went at 6:30pm and the line to pay was long. Fortunately, they had enough people working, so it moved fairly quickly.

    For some reason I don't like this one as much as some of their other locations. but it still is a decent place to find work clothes.

    Has great clothing and great manager. The other customer service, staff in particular at the registers, are extremely slow.

MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

We made a significant purchase. ($3.000) The very next day many of the items purchased went on sale. I was notified of the sale via emails direct from Alice & Olivia. Sadly, I left town and could not assist with the adjustment. I asked my daughter to return to the store for an adjustment since it was less than 12 hours since our initial purchase. She went to the store for an adjustment with her receipt. The store manager, Danni gave my daughter the run around regarding her adjustment. She was told she needed the receipt and the clothing. My daughter had to return to the store again with the receipt and clothing in hand the next day. Danni gave her the run around again. She did not want to honor the adjustment but finally did. I had to call and speak with Danni on the phone to make this happen. Danni said she was following store policy. I googled the store adjustment policy and it lists a 7 day adjustment policy. The adjustments we were requesting was day # 2 & # 3 after the sale. The worst part about this whole experience is my daughter is physically handicapped. She had to make two additional trips to the store for an adjustment. As a mother of a handicapped daughter, this shocked me at how insensitive Danni handled the entire situation. Danni can see my daughter is physically handicapped! If the adjustment return policy is to have the receipt and clothing in hand it should be listed on the A &O website. It is not. I feel Danni needs sensitivity training. She could have handled the adjustment request much differently especially seeing my daughter is handicapped. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this location. The purchase which was a good experience turned into an awful one.
