We told him what my wife was looking for and he showed her all the stuff that had Weenie the Pooh. My wife decided to go with the little purse which was at a decent price. The store isn't that big inside but it works for them. They have a line for online pickup and check out. It did take a while to check out but the woman working the cashier was very nice. I had some points and rewards so she told me to get something else to qualify for it. We settle for a Minnie mouse pin. We really enjoyed our time shopping here and the customer service we received.

Yet, I was subjected to three separate, baseless obstructions, demonstrating a clear intent to prevent a lawful refund: First Obstruction - Fabricated $200 Return Limit The employee falsely claimed that returns over $200 could not be processed, despite no such limitation appearing in Carter's official return policy or printed receipts. When I clarified that my return was only for approximately $130, she reluctantly proceeded, already demonstrating bad faith in handling valid returns. Second Obstruction - False Claim That I Had to Be "In the System" She then claimed that I could not process a return because I was not registered in Carter's system, an arbitrary and undisclosed requirement. These employees must be educated on the legal consequences of their words and actions, which are directly attributable to Carter's as a corporate entity. 4. I visited the store with my receipt and politely asked if it would be possible to receive a shopping bag. I showed her my receipt, explained that the shoes were purchased directly from Hermès online, and simply asked if she could provide a shopping bag. Instead of helping, she immediately responded with a rude, dismissive attitude, repeatedly saying that online purchases do not come with shopping bags and that the store could not provide one. After making me feel like I was asking for an unreasonable favor, she finally said, "This time I'm making an exception." While helping me, she rolled her eyes as she looked at the other shopping bags I was carrying. To make matters worse, she didn't even bother checking the size of my shoe box and handed me a small accessories bag that couldn't fit the shoes. I was in a rush to get home and prepare for a long drive to a birthday party, so I didn't realize the bag was the wrong size until I got home. By then, it was too late to return to the store. The issue was never the shopping bag, it was the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. When someone spends over $1,000 with a luxury brand like Hermès, they expect exceptional customer service, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in-store.
