Every time I come here to shop with my boyfriend, all the…read morefake, rude, and phoney skinny sales associates are always giving me dirty looks when I try on multiple items and look in their stupid community mirror that I have to awkwardly share with other customers and I don't have the privacy in the dressing room to see how it looks on me, since there aren't any mirrors in their dressings rooms only "community mirrors." Every time I try multiple things on, I always have to walk out and look in the mirror while other girls take selfies and ogres of themselves in the mirror and I feel so uncomfortable being in the background. I am a curvy woman who has a big bust and curves, every time I try on my clothes and I have to walk out all the nasty and b**** associates always give me the dirty stares and looks and snicker at me. They all have the nasty attitudes and the absolute worst customer service skills. Sam body shamed me when I was trying on a dress and I am a size 8/10 and she pulls out a size 0 for me to try on, when she clearly sees I'm a curvy woman who's a size 8/10 M/L. They always make me feel uncomfortable when I am trying on clothes glaring at me giving me dirty looks making me feel uncomfortable and laughing at me behind my back to the other associates looking at each other while I look in the mirror. This location has the worst associate and the Yuli who is one of the manager's is extremely rude and very unhelpful. She is extremely fake and doesn't care if you complain how her associates treat you. All she does is apologize in a passive agressive manner. They do not train their employees well with customer service. All of them are unwelcoming, not friendly, and are very disrespectful. Every time I come in to shop here with my boyfriend to buy my clothes, the associates always make it hell and give you the worst in store shopping experience. Everything about the Topanga location is a complete joke. I don't like Yuli the manager or Sam. They are both awful. Even the manager needs to be trained in customer service skills it's pretty sad honestly. The only positive thing I can say is, the most helpful and friendly associates are Mahroo and Pam! Pam made me feel comfortable when I tried on my clothes and made me actually feel confident when I was in the store looking at myself in the mirror. Pam has great customer service skills too Mahroo gives excellent customer service skills and helps pick out great outfits! I recommend asking for Mahroo or Pam, to save yourself a headache from all the other ones. They will both take care of you and make sure you have a great shopping in store experience and find clothes you love. I love Aritzia's clothes and the clothes jaw lays Keisha's and come home with, and the quality of the clothes as well. I live in Calabasas and I will not be returning to this location unless something I need is in stock here and it's my closest store to home. I will be continue shopping online at Aritzia's website and go to the Century City location, where I'll have a much more pleasant and welcoming in store shopping experience and be treated with respect, have better customer service and friendlier welcoming associates, and not be body shamed for being a curvy woman. Well, it seems times have changed (or, most likely, I have changed). They still have a very surf/skate culture feel to the store. It's slightly dark & 'edgy' but not enough that it would scare your grandma out. They leave that up to the groups of high schoolers aimlessly roaming the store in packs. They make it tough to move around as they'll just hang out in a section goofing off. You want to look around that area? Too bad. They're not even going to acknowledge your presence there. I ended up leaving shortly after coming in as I knew it wouldn't be worth my time. It seems like, at least for the men's inventory, they have a few of several styles, but not a ton of variety. I hope the women's section has better variety but I can't speak for that. I just know their men's swim section was tiny & their section of currently hip (read: overpriced) t-shirts was big. I guess my days of shopping at Tilly's have passed. Maybe one day I can pass the cap off to one of my kids.

I then started walking to their sunglasses since I saw the Oakley sign but didn't see any of Oakley sunglasses in their display. I check out a couple of their tshirts and they had some nice one like Wolverine. They carry backpacks here as well but it's all behind the counter so you'll have to ask someone for help. They have the kids or boys clothing toward the back of the store and also the fitting room as well. The prices will vary here so if you don't like it then just shop elsewhere or see if you can find it cheaper at another store in the mall. They also carry Stanley cups here as well.

There was only one older white female employee working at the time, making it easy for the store to identify who assisted me. My wife purchased a pair of men's sneakers online as a gift, costing over $1,000. When the package arrived, it did not include a shopping bag. I visited the store with my receipt and politely asked if it would be possible to receive a shopping bag. I showed her my receipt, explained that the shoes were purchased directly from Hermès online, and simply asked if she could provide a shopping bag. Instead of helping, she immediately responded with a rude, dismissive attitude, repeatedly saying that online purchases do not come with shopping bags and that the store could not provide one. After making me feel like I was asking for an unreasonable favor, she finally said, "This time I'm making an exception." While helping me, she rolled her eyes as she looked at the other shopping bags I was carrying. To make matters worse, she didn't even bother checking the size of my shoe box and handed me a small accessories bag that couldn't fit the shoes. I was in a rush to get home and prepare for a long drive to a birthday party, so I didn't realize the bag was the wrong size until I got home. By then, it was too late to return to the store. The issue was never the shopping bag, it was the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. When someone spends over $1,000 with a luxury brand like Hermès, they expect exceptional customer service, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in-store. Unfortunately, this employee made the experience feel cold, unwelcoming, and unnecessarily unpleasant. I have already contacted Hermès corporate and filed a formal complaint because this experience is simply unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer service. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously. One employee with such poor customer service can damage the reputation of an entire store and drive loyal customers away. This was, without question, one of the worst luxury retail experiences I've ever had.

We bought 2 pairs of…read morejeans at the topanga mall (los angeles) while in town for a few days, we were hustled into buying two pairs even though we were hesitant due to the event we were going to and the dress code not being up to us. The next day we go to return the items, because they were both too big (either too long, waist size was wrong or color not accepted) and the woman "manager" told us that the only returns they do is for store credit or an exchange, and accused of of "stretching" them out. They didn't have our sizes in store and so we wanted the refund to our original card so we can purchase another pairs in the future online. She refused to do the return so we took our items and left. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. She was finally able to contact the store near where we live after two weeks and confirmed WITH the manager at the Arden mall (Sacramento) that we will be in to return the items. She called us four days ago to confirm accepting the return EXACTLY HOW IT SAYS ON THE RECEIPT , which is to the original firm of payment. We go today to the Arden location and Regis tried to give us the same excuse that we can only give store credit or exchange. I told him that we already contacted customer service and they spoke to the manager at this location and she said we can. He denied, and said that the manager said YESTERDAY that they can only do exchanges or store credit, so I called customer service. Alejandra L. , the woman I spoke with on the phone and e-mail was very helpful. Liz, the supervisor, I spoke to on the phone today was very helpful & she spoke to Regis and told him to give me my refund to the card I used and he did! It just blows my mind that it took damn near two weeks to get this finally resolved and it took over 5 people to make one return!! I would never buy from this store ever again due to this experience and I think it's something to consider before making such a big purchase like these $100+ jeans!!!

I was shopping for gifts for two of my favorite friends who happen to have their January birthdays one day apart. A group of us were meeting for a celebratory dinner, and I was on the hunt for a fun, unique gift for each of my pals. Though I gave the store a good walk-through, I didn't find anything that jumped out at me. I ended up settling for gift cards for each of them. One of the ladies Loves HG, so I knew she'd be happy to have a reason to go shopping. The other one doesn't need much in her home, but likes to have fun finds for their garden / patio, so that should work out well, too. Usually HG stores are very well merchandised and do displays that feature seasonal items, or different color schemes or themes. This location didn't have standout displays to catch my attention. It seemed a little unorganized. The line to check out was very long. Much longer than I'd have expected on a Tuesday afternoon. They could have used at least one or two more cashiers. Then the one younger woman who took care of me got confused on the gift cards and didn't know how much was on each one and had to get a supervisor. The amounts were different because I did have a smaller gift I'd ordered online for one of the friends. I didn't want to end up giving the wrong card to each birthday gal. It took even longer for her to find a supervisor who could help her. Overall, the visit didn't go very smoothly. I still love HomeGoods, just not this specific store based on the experience last week.
