Return scheme. They only issue store credit and they force you to pay shipping there and back so no return is free and you end up eating at least $20 each time. They refuse to put their shoe meaurements/sizing on the website so you order the incorrect size of everything, thus they force you to return. Over and over (due to the store credit) until youve wasted all your credit and spent money on shipping items back & forth. They are incredibly difficult to work with, ZERO customer service whatsoever, rude, argumentative, they refuse to let you speak to a manager. Bottom line - DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I've visited this fashion nova before several times in the past. It's located in the northridge mall on the upper level. The reason I visited the store this time around was because I ordered an item online and I did not like the fit. The return policy is pretty standard, you get store credit to use in the store or online. The reason I gave 3 stars is because when I returned the item I ordered online the staff behind the register seemed so preoccupied with what she was doing and not focused on the customer who was in line. Even when I got to the counter she was still doing whatever it was she was doing with paperwork, etc. I had my item still in the bag it was delivered in and she mentioned to take it out and put it in the correct package that it came in. The issue was I could barely hear her instructions because she seemed to be doing everything else besides helping the customer. The three stars is for the not so good customer service I experienced that day. Pro: the store is very clean and neat. They have a lot of different spring wear, summer items and even some items you can possibly wear in the fall. The selection of clothing is great and even better online. read more

After I had added my items to the cart, a promotional deal popped up offering a discount if I added another item. I took the offer and added it, but before checking out, I didn't see any indication that I had accidentally added a duplicate item. After placing the order, I noticed there were now two of the same item listed, making it a total of four items instead of the three I had intended to purchase. I immediately contacted customer service, explaining the situation and asking if they could remove the duplicate item before the order was processed and shipped. Instead of addressing the actual issue, the representative told me it might be an "authorization hold" from my bank--a common temporary hold placed when an order is made. This explanation made no sense since I could clearly see four items listed in my order summary, not just a billing issue or hold. I reached out again, hoping for better assistance, but this time I didn't receive any response at all. It's incredibly frustrating to not only be ignored but also be told that I will have to accept store credit for an issue that wasn't my fault. I was proactive in trying to correct the order before it shipped, but the lack of help from customer service made the situation worse. Mistakes happen, but when a company makes it difficult to resolve them fairly, it makes customers feel unheard and undervalued. Store credit isn't a real solution when I didn't want the extra item in the first place. Customer service really needs to be better--more responsive, more understanding, and actually helpful when issues like this arise. read more

I ordered an Ed Hardy Pants suit for my grand daughter for Christmas. as reflected on my order form , I ordered a size medium. I received a size small. By the time it got to me, i did not have time to send it back before the holidays so I I tried to reorder , but by the time I received it, all of the medium size was sold out. When I went to return it, I was told I would get a gift card for the refund amount and I had to pay $7.99 to return it. I should not have to pay $7.99 to return something that was clearly their fault and I would have no reason to use a gift card to order anything else. Be careful when returning items back to this store. On 6.24.2024 I received 2 orders. 5 of the items did not fit. I purchased return labels from Fashion Nova because there is no physical return address to send your items back, with insurance and return receipt signature. Basically if the "Agent" the third party company Fashion Nova hires to pick and process there returns loses or steals your pacakge you are just out of luck. USPS is not going to claim responsibility and neither is Fashion Nova. As of today 9/13/2024 Fashion Nova claims they still have not received my returns that I gave to USPS on 7/12/2024. And they are saying they are not responsible for lost packages even though I gave proof there "Agent" has my package since 7/12/2024.
