But sadly that was able it. They were out of butter. The waitress grabbed my rolls and set it by the tea for a good 3 minutes with all staff walking by which was a bit gross for my taste. The mashed potatoes were dry. The steak medium well was undercooked. And the shrimp smelled fishy. Also my plate had a hair on it. There was plenty of seating. Went on valentines our waiter was great! The yeast rolls are the best. We got michelob ultra by the pitcher. We got cheese fries (there was a hair) they dint make us pay for it. Starting off my family and I waited at the front door for about 10 minutes before someone came to seat us. Our table was dirty and many table around us was also dirty including the floors. Going to the food, we didn't order anything crazy. The fries were salty and old. The ranch with salad was watery and so was the honey mustard. Me and my wife have eaten at many different Logan's over the past couple of years and have found that we've enjoyed all of them so far except this one. While it didn't take very long to be seated, our server either forgot or was not notified that we had been seated in her section. While sitting I happened to look around at the walls and noticed that not only the decor but the walls themselves were covered in dust and when I say dust I mean thick dust almost to the point of had it had anymore the building might have been able to animate itself. After the server made it to us she was very pleasant and very helpful. After ordering our food and drinks the drinks showed up almost immediately. The food on the other hand was about normal time so no complaints there. Once the food arrived though it was brought out and we were missing a couple of items that we had to ask for but they were brought out relatively quick after. While eating I realized that I didn't really taste anything but water now granted I was drinking water but my steak in the other hand tasted about the same as well as my potato that I had loaded. The best take away I had with the food was the green beans that I was told was not good. All in all I give an A+ on my server for being wonderful and I'm sorry that she has to work in that environment. My husband and I went to Logan's for lunch last Monday (1/20/25) and as usual, it was well worth the experience! I ordered my usual Steak Salad and the amount of steak was awesome, cooked perfectly! My husband's grilled chicken salad was equally good. But, the 'piece de resistance' (my French is not perfect!) were the rolls and that cinnamon butter was my dessert. Not sure how to rate. Waitress was excellent, bartender, not so much. Sat in bar area. Ordered some beers and food. Both arrived. Ordered 2nd beer and saw waitress put order in. About 10 minutes later we inquired about our beers. Waitress went up to bartender who was cleaning off a table. We were shocked to see how rude he was to her. Very condescending!!!! Well we sat down and had one server that we didn't see for the rest of our meal.. we got a steak and a burger. 40 minute later in this empty restaurant we got our meals. You could tell by our room temperature meal, that our original server must have forgotten to tell whoever she passed us off to that we ordered food. My burger and fries were under seasoned. I never salt and pepper my food but had to here. It still just tasted like ground beef with zero seasoning... the bun was so soggy it made it impossible to hold even though all it had was onions and cheese on it. My fiancé got a steak ordered medium rare and it started medium well starting on the left side and by the time he made it all the way to the end of the right side it was rare... very odd cook on that steak. Well went in with my wife for lunch on 2/10/21, this was our 2nd time here. I ordered the " roadhouse deluxe burger, no bacon" . Waited a good 30-35 minutes for food, ( my large beer was almost gone), when it arrived I received a plain patty with L/T ONLY. When I questioned if this was correct, the server said yes. I pulled the menu up on my phone and showed him, he then brought me all the toppings (cold) on seperare plates including yhe cheese. I made him get me a whole new burger, even cut the other one so they couldn't reuse it. If I wanted to build my own burger, I would've went to fudruckers. I have eaten at several Logan's in the past and always had excellent service and great food. Not this time! This has to be the worst Logan's in the company! Our server was disinterested at best, could not answer one question about the menu, acted like she could careless about our table. The food...I personally had the steak and shrimp, I order my steak med rare, it was cooked correctly, but was doused with seasoning, the shrimp was way over cooked and also doused in seasoning, making both almost inedible. My sister had steak and it was over cooked and her broccoli was mush. The other guest food were not much better. So this was an expensive waste of time and a huge disappointment. I will bot be returning to this location in the future. Sad that it was so bad. Like I said never had bad service or food at a Logan's before, but wow it was bad! We had lunch today, my wife and I. I had the chicken strips. They were so tender , lightly breaded and delicious. My wife had the deluxe chicken sandwich. She loved it. Our waitress Nicole C. was terrific. We were apprehensive about going with covid-19 . We seen the sign on the door that masks are required, so we went in. They were social distancing the tables. Fried okra was more like burnt and was chewy. The creamed corn was just gross, it was like the corn was seen separating from the corn . The apples were drowned like overkill drowning in sugar, so much for a healthier retreat from a starchy side listing. When given our check, we asked about a military discount, our server shared that they only gave discounts for law enforcement....both protect and serve so I find it odd they don't do something for military. Went here with family when I was in town. Loved the service and the environment! Was less than excited about the beer options and the complete lack of vegetarian options on the menu. Our server was fantastic! We showed up with a large group at 9:15 and didn't leave until 10:30(they closed at 10) and not once did he mention the check. He was still topping off water glasses at 10:20 with a smile. Great experience with service! The draft list was a bit of a joke. They had angry orchard and yuengling as their 'exotic' selections. I know it's the south, but there are some great breweries down there that would pair really nicely with the food. Maybe open up a tap for a micro and give Quest a call. Not having a vegetarian option these days send like a big mistake. I'm not one, but the girlfriend tries to avoid meat occasionally. I know it's a steak house, but even the salad was smothered in bacon. I think having one veg item on the menu would go a long way. Better beer options and a veggie option would have gotten that 4th star. read more

The wait time was over twice as long as quoted. The restaurant was busy & great service is very much appreciated but the staff were unfriendly and not attentive. Swung by here on a Sunday, and was pleasantly surprised that the bar was in full swing in the afternoon. Margarita with patron was decent, and they have a handful of beer on tap. Was here on Sunday, June 30th around 5pm. It wasn't very busy. We sat at the bar. We ordered Potato Skins and when they came out, they were very small and burnt. It was like crunching on charcoal. We then ordered chicken fingers and fries which came out tasting like greasy fish. The fries were soggy and the chicken fingers were more like chicken nuggets. I went here with my girlfriend on 9/17/17 and it was a horrible experience. I've been to Logan before and enjoyed it but today was totally different. Once we got seated, we sat there for 30 minutes before we even got a server. Once we ordered our food, we didn't even receive any dinner rolls (which is one of the main reason why we love to go to Logan's). We waited for about 15 minutes and have yet to see our waitress anywhere and I had to ask another waitress that walked by to bring us some rolls. My girlfriend's salad came out and it was just lettuce, tomato, and the dressing. Our food came out 30 minutes after my girlfriend finished her salad. My food came out fine but my girlfriend, who ordered the Santa Fe tilapia, was dry and they didn't give her the tortilla and butter that comes with it. Still, our waitress was no where to be found! Our food and rolls were brought out by different people. I didn't even get a refill on my water... When we finally did see our waitress, she brought us the bill. And guess what, she disappeared again for about 15-20 minutes after we received the bill. We literally sat there waiting for her to come back so she can charge my card. Oh, there was a couple that was seated behind us and got the same waitress, but she attended to their needs every 5 minutes or so. Sorry, but I will never come back to this location. read more
