Manager on phone was very rude had short dry responses to my questions doesn't seem to like her job

I'm a fan or Logan's Roadhouse. This location was a disappointment. I ordered on DoorDash for pickup. Gave plenty of time, almost 30 minutes, before I arrived to pick up. I was getting a sirloin and asparagus for my 89 year old Dad who was in the hospital. He likes his steak rare. Has never been a problem before. But it was this time. When I got to the hospital and pulled out the dinner, I was shocked. They didn't sear the outside so it had that "it's been boiled" gray look. Then the knife they provide broke trying to cut it. Previous steaks haven't had that problem. We gave up and he just ate the asparagus. I took it back and as soon as I walked back in with the bag, the guy manning the steaming cooking just leaned back, shook his head, and I knew he wasn't going to recook it correctly. I asked for a manager and was told he has too busy. Seriously? Yea. I'll skip this location In the future. read more

I shouldn't even be adding a star so me and my family go to this restaurant and we check in there appetizers were good the fried pickles and the mozzarella sticks and the rolls were amazing the service was horrible yeah they were nice but they forgot a lot of stuff my family ordered and this was a treat from my mom to celebrate Valentine's day and there mash potatoes tasted like the school mash potatoes there Mac in cheese looks like it came from a frozen box and then they charged for the stuff they forgot just really horrible and they get the floor manager because of this discount we forgot to use but we were already pissed off really bad so we just left and signed the check horrible never come to this restaurant to celebrate Valentine's day because it is horrible. read more

An experience of a sit down meal begins as we walk into a restaurant. Today was above and beyond. We went to Logan's. The servers were amazing. Justin and Nicole tag teamed and left us with the most enjoyable meal in a long time. Smiles, pleasantries not to mention knowledge with their menu. Justin informed us of a daily special that saved us a nice nickle. There working ethic says another about the Manager and his/her Management. There ability to lead is evident. Horrible overall, never coming back again. Bad service and food. I asked for raspberry tea after them not having Diet Coke or Coke Zero, they gave me normal tea, I then asked for regular coke from another server, when he handed it to me, he SNIFFED the coke right infront of me. I asked for medium sirloin I got well done instead, the mash potatoes were hard to swallow, the instant mashed potatoes from HEB taste better than that. The server Kassandra gave an attitude the whole time, not only to me but to other tables, both servers in that section looked like they wanted to kill themselves like they hate their job. I took my wife for dinner one night...we both love our steaks. The place is quite large and we were sat to one end, next to the windows. The server was attentive enough and very helpful with the menu. My one gripe that day is they were out of a lot of beer selections. When I asked her what beers on draft were out, she had to go find out what was left. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned...I ordered mine medium and my wife had hers well-done. I forgot to take a pic on the cook but take my word on it. The sides were good complements... But the highlight here were their smoked wings! Delicious...savory ...chupa dedos quality! When we went for a late lunch it wasn't busy. We were walked to the far back of the dining area. (I had a bad limp so...) Ordered our food. Most of it was okay. But their green beans tasted like they had dumped all the salt into the serving. We weren't checked on until time to get our ticket. We don't plan to be back to this one. read more

My husband and I was at this Logan's yesterday. We were seated promptly but after that we were never acknowledged. I tried to stop 3 different waiters/waitresses but all of them ignored us. The waiter that I assumed was our waiter finally came and checked out the table across from us and I could not get his attention. Service was good. The food was salty. We had the spinach artichoke dip and beside the lads of salt from the parm, the chips also had salt. The salmon was also salty and when I got my plate it looked kind of messy. For 20.00 I expected the plate to be a little bit more put together and with more than 3 pieces of broccoli. Very disappointing. Ordered a T-bone streak and my wife order 2 apps for her meal. My T-bone was no where near 16 oz and because it was cut so thin, could not be cooked to my requested medium rare. Also, a t bone should have a strip steak on one side and a tenderloin in the other the side of the steak that was supposed to have the tendeloin was bare. Couple of years later and same thing... We had to a luncheon with friends here, ordered a burger and fries. Nothing too complicated. I cut into the burger(with hard cold bun) and there was red, raw, uncooked meat. Not pink, red. Mind you, I love a rare steak, but on a burger, no thanks. So I showed the server and he was professional, apologetic and took it away. He said my dish would be right out. Well, I was handed back the same burger cut in half charred to a crisp(new warm toasted bun though. Sat down to watch Monday night football and ordered a 22 oz porterhouse steak RARE, they brought me a well done steak. I had to leave at that point because you never know what's gonna happen if you send food back to the kitchen at lower-rate establishments, and someone here is obviously low rate. My best friend and I decided to go to Logan's while we waited on a party of girls for a birthday at red lobster. So at the bar we sat to pass the time! The bartender was nice and service was quick. The only complain I have is that the margarita I ordered had probably little to no alcohol and allll syrup. Hadn't been here in a really long time since we prefer Texas Roadhouse but, it was at the request of my mother-in-law since it was her B-day. We arrived as the lunch rush was leaving (around 2:00 PM). We were a party of 8 so they seated us in the side room that looks like a garage for big parties (which I think is quite cute!). They have 5-6 big tables in there. There was only one table being occupied & the rest appeared to have just left since they were all dirty & piled w/dishes. They stayed that way the entire time we were there (a little over 1.5 hrs). We noticed the menu changed quite a bit as the dishes my hubby & I usually order weren't on the menu. We also noticed prices went up (but, I guess that's everywhere...right?). He ordered a med rare steak & got well done but, he was hungry so ate it. My sis-in-law ordered salmon w/out grill/char marks & she got served very charred salmon which she sent back. Her husband decided to wait for her to get her new plate so he ended up eating cold food by the time it came. Our waitress was friendly & attentive but, could've paid a little more attention to those details. The manager came by & asked if everything was ok but, didn't seem to mind the 5 big, dirty tables that were there our entire meal...which was an eyesore & quite disappointing. I have been eating at this location since it opened. One thing and one thing only kept me coming back on a regular basis: Their 2 for $15.99 special. Though the promotion continues nationally (it is on Logan's Webpage), this location has chosen to opt out of it. We will be visiting a lot less frequently now. Their replacement is a list of items that cost $8.99 each and no longer includes a salad. This basically raised the cost of a similar meal for 2 from $15.99 to $21.98. This is way too expensive for us because we are retired. I would typically order the Chopped Steak with Baked Potato and a salad and my wife would order the Wood Grilled Chicken with a vegetable skewer and a salad. The food was tasty and hot on most visits and when there was an issue management would take care of it. However, the new costs no longer represents the quality and value. On occasion, Logan's offers a buy one get one free coupon. That will be the only time we are seen there unless this location decides to resume the Two Can Eat For Promotion. Came in Tuesday night spoke to the manager on shift named Nancy in regards to my order. The waitress wasn't helpful....she was rude and sarcastic. That is why I asked for the manager. She was no help at all....just as rude and perturbed that she had to come to our table. Very disappointed....we frequent this restaurant often and the main manager Ruben is extremely friendly and accommodating as are other servers. But tonight's shift was pathetic.
