The hostess told us she forgot to put our name in. We finally were seated and while ordering, we were told they were out of almost everything we wanted. The first thing to mention was that Seth was our server and was exceptional. I knew we were in for a good experience when he brought us rolls and extra napkins right off the bat. He brought us drinks, knew the menu extremely well and made a recommendation of the meatloaf which my wife had and loved. I had the fried chicken boneless breasts with peppercorn gravy. I've been here several timese and while it can be a bit inconsistent 9 times out of ten the food is good and the service is good. The rolls are great. There was a time that they were out of the first two cuts of steak that I wanted. So I completely understand the reviewers that have said this place has gone down hill or they have had a bad experience but I don't think its fair to review them horribly on one bad experience when most of them go fairly well. The steak is 'average' steak house steak. Meaning that it is good but if you compare it to other steakhouses it isnt going to stand out by any means. Most of the sides that I have had are really good and generally the service is par for most steak houses. They do have a wing appetizer that I absolutely love. Its the grilled wings that come out on a skewer. They have always cooked my steak exactly how I ask which is more than I can say for most steak houses so I would go here if you are craving steak. read more

After almost 2300 mile road trip- getting back into town, we decided to stop here. Don't go often at all but have never had an issue before and wanted a steak! After about 15 minutes of waiting to be seated (not a problem whatsoever, glad to see the social distancing measures being taken), we get to our table. After about 5-6 minutes sitting there I decide to look at my watch as waitress after waitress pass by. Our family sat here for a total of approximately 15 minutes (11 minutes literally being clocked) as staff walked by. I was not at all happy with our experience this time, someone just stopping in and asking "have you been helped" would have been appreciated. After this wait we decided to get up and leave. I was disappointed in staff all around at this point- even the lady who sat us 15 minutes prior didn't say anything or ask what had happened. All of our salads arrived crisp and fresh with cheese, croutons, cucumbers, tomato and onion plus fresh buttermilk ranch. The hot yeast rolls came out hot and so fluffy- like delicious clouds! The two for $14.99 meal deal looked great- nice portion of popcorn shrimp with a humongous baked sweet potato and salad! A bargain beyond doubt. I opted to try the country fried steak after making sure it was hand battered... It was perfect! Nice portion, not greasy, awesome batter and I asked for my gravy on the side. It was delicious as I am a dipper and do not like anything smothered! My sweet potato was also massive and piping hot - will have the majority of it for lunch today. We will definitely return and I hope my review is helpful. For all four of us with water our check was less than $50! Great value and excellent food. read more

First and last time...Terrible experience. My UberEats driver never picked up my order, no fault against Logan's. I went to pick up the order after waiting an hour and a half for it to be delivered. When I got there I told the hostess that I came to pick up my undelivered UberEats order. She sends me to wait at another station for someone else while she folds the kids menus. Now I'm waiting for someone else to come from the back and grab my order from behind the station where I was sent. This is literally 50 feet away from the hostess. She passes me a couple of times as I'm standing there, she could have easily grabbed it and sent me on my way but those menus had to be folded so I waited impatiently. I'm starving now therefore I just take my order and leave...my mistake. I ordered the salmon with LOADED SWEET POTATO and corn but got cold and sad sweet potato fries. The corn tasted like it came straight out the bag, nothing was added. Same for the salmon. I also order the Porterhouse well done with LOADED SWEET POTATO but I guess the chef figured I didn't know what I wanted and prepared it medium at best with the same sweet potato fries I didn't ask for. We have been to Logan's several times in the past and loved our previous experiences at other locations. This time, major letdown. We waited 30 minutes to be seated to then have our orders taken and wait another 30 minutes for the first entree to be served. 15 minutes later, the final entree of the party was served. 15 minutes after that, the final side dish was served. Overall, completely unprofessional, disorganized and not worth the effort. Will NEVER visit this location again, and i suggest you not even give them the try. read more

I've eaten here with my family a lot. I'm a big Logan's fan but this one is awful and has been for a long time. We only eat here because it's the only one nearby. I made the mistake again today but I won't again. The biggest issue is they have no idea how to cook a steak. It's never right, not to be missed that they always take a long time to get your food out. So when it arrives and is wrong, you have to request a new one and who has time for that? A younger white couple came in after us and we were totally looked over as if we were not even there. We ordered a large Togo order through door dash when we recieved our order we had zero condiments for the 150$ worth of food we ordered, the salmon and steak was burnt and dry, shrimp was soggy , no dressings for salads , chicken was dry and cold and we recieved no silverware to eat our food. The meat was hot, sooo tender and tasty There was nothing foreign in the meat to break my tooth like at the mellow mushroom. The fries were super hot. The service was good. Apparently I believe that makes them lower their expectations of how it should e run. My second time this weekend, my food came out like warm, forgot a main condiment with my dish and had to wait another 5 minutes before the special condiment came out.(so my meal was definitely cold by the time our waitress brought it) On top of that my girlfriend ordered a steak...she definitely asked for Medium...they brought her a rare. Then it was a attempt to make her another...they brought her which seemed like a microwaved 6oz steak, still not a thoroughly cooked medium. At this point Ive had it. She was short, blonde hair with tattoos (I'm purposely describing her) and she looked as if she REALLY didn't want to be there. Do not waste your time and money going to this restaurant. My wife and I went for a nice meal here. I ordered a 12 ounce rib eye medium rare that was supposed to come with two sides included for the price listed. My wife ordered the shrimp and steak. They brought out a 20 ounce rib eye with the bone in. Told the waitress that isn't what I had ordered and she apologized for the error, and asked what I wanted to do. I asked what could be done, and they said they would bring me what I ordered. When they brought out the 12 ounce rib eye it had a plastic marker indicating that it was medium rare. When I cut into it, it was pretty rare, almost raw. At that point, I thought it best to eat it rather than send it back. Who knows what they would have done with it. Better to cut ones loses while one is ahead. My wife's meal was okay, but salty. When the bill came, they charged us for the 20 ounce steak and also an additional charge for the fried zucchini that was supposed to be included. I talked with the manager and he was next to useless. He did correct the bill somewhat, they charged be for the 12 ounce steak, but increased the charge for the fried zucchini by another dollar. Bottom line, we paid the bill and left with a terrible taste in our mouths. We will never set foot in another Logans' anywhere . They are simply just not that good. read more

Absolutely embarrassing. I brought a few of my customers here for lunch because we usually go to Longhorn across the street every week. The waitress greets us with what they were out of because the truck was late. If I remember correctly it was no salmon, ribeye, sausage or filet. They did say they they had a half of a chicken they could put with the one of the combo meals. My customer gets his meal and the half of a chicken they happened to have was raw in the middle. The manager was very matter of fact and did not seem very surprised or apologetic. They did however comp that plate. Our server did a really good job and we really felt bad for her. We were one of maybe 4 or 5 tables at noon and we should have taken that as a bad sign. With all of the other options around there is no way this place makes it.
