Decent location and clean. I went and sat at the bar with my lady. We ordered food and drinks but had to change drinks because - the blender didn't work. No worries. So upon getting our food which took awhile, we had to seek the out the bartender. She was short, blonde hair with tattoos (I'm purposely describing her) and she looked as if she REALLY didn't want to be there. She never came back to refill our drinks or to ask us if we needed anything. I don't understand how you can be a bartender and have a scowl on your face as guest come in. I was told that the tips were shared equally between the bartenders otherwise I would have gave her $1.00. read more

Got there @ 4h30 p.m. the place was almost empty and of course they sat us beside the bar where the LOUD drunks are... We order 2 bergers, after 20 minutes my wife asks how long the wait (after all we're talking only 2 bergers in an empty restaurant) The waitress rudely answers my wife by pointing the order of the 3 tables that where gonna be serve... 10 minutes later the 2 bergers arrive... The only flavor was bacon and that nasty fried cheese witch was disgusting. The floor was dirty and the bathrooms even worst. Do not waste your time and money going to this restaurant. My wife and I went for a nice meal here. I ordered a 12 ounce rib eye medium rare that was supposed to come with two sides included for the price listed. My wife ordered the shrimp and steak. They brought out a 20 ounce rib eye with the bone in. Told the waitress that isn't what I had ordered and she apologized for the error, and asked what I wanted to do. I asked what could be done, and they said they would bring me what I ordered. When they brought out the 12 ounce rib eye it had a plastic marker indicating that it was medium rare. When I cut into it, it was pretty rare, almost raw. At that point, I thought it best to eat it rather than send it back. Who knows what they would have done with it. Better to cut ones loses while one is ahead. My wife's meal was okay, but salty. When the bill came, they charged us for the 20 ounce steak and also an additional charge for the fried zucchini that was supposed to be included. I talked with the manager and he was next to useless. He did correct the bill somewhat, they charged be for the 12 ounce steak, but increased the charge for the fried zucchini by another dollar. Bottom line, we paid the bill and left with a terrible taste in our mouths. We will never set foot in another Logans' anywhere . They are simply just not that good. read more

Worst experience ever. We walked in and immediately sat down (after the two hosts got done arguing who was going to sit us). Our waitress never came to our table, she finally made an appearance and took our drink order as if it was a problem for her. At this time we also ordered an appetizer of fried picked. She took forever again to bring only our drinks back. Long story short, our appetizer was forgotten so we reminded her about it and she said "they" missed the ticket. I'm pretty sure she never put it in. So we got our appetizer after our salads. Once we finished our salads, we waited another 45 mins for our food. It was over cooked, dry and not good at all. This restaurant kicked out a mother nursing her 9 week old baby in the rain with no coat. Sh was using a cover and there were 11 unseated tables. This restaurant is not compliant with Georgia state laws. Plus when I passed through here on my cross country travels it had terrible, rude service and super mediocre food. read more

We went here for dinner, tonight. It was a big mistake. This restaurant was in a state of complete chaos. The servers and kitchen staff were yelling at one another. It could be heard all over the restaurant. The restrooms were filthy ... in really, really disgusting ways. We ordered food but ended up leaving ... after waiting for more than an hour for our entrees. We spoke with a manager and paid for our drinks and appetizers. There was no apology or effort made to explain the situation. We will NOT be back. And, will suggest to everyone we know ... take this place off your list of possible choices for lunch or dinner in the McDonough and Stockbridge area. read more

Absolutely embarrassing. I brought a few of my customers here for lunch because we usually go to Longhorn across the street every week. The waitress greets us with what they were out of because the truck was late. If I remember correctly it was no salmon, ribeye, sausage or filet. They did say they they had a half of a chicken they could put with the one of the combo meals. My customer gets his meal and the half of a chicken they happened to have was raw in the middle. The manager was very matter of fact and did not seem very surprised or apologetic. They did however comp that plate. Our server did a really good job and we really felt bad for her. We were one of maybe 4 or 5 tables at noon and we should have taken that as a bad sign. With all of the other options around there is no way this place makes it. It started at the bar with a 20 minute wait for a $7 Bloody Mary that sat on the counter for that long their mix is forgettable and sweet???? Sat down to order no silverware or napkins on the table ordered sliders that were charcoal broiled( could have gone to Burger King for and just got some hot wings that when they came weren't tossed in hot sauce. One of our favorite places for prime rib. What a shock to find it off the menu. Hard to substitute when you have your mouth all set for prime rib. Why can't you give 0 stars? Where do I start? Parking lot was not even half full at 6:45 on a Thursday night, should have never put it in park. Walk in, 4 employees at door, decide to sit at bar for a quick bite, 8 people at bar of 25 seats, but every open spot had dirty plates and glasses, sat down where only 1 dirty glass remained, look around and no bartender, go figure.... While waiting for bartender, 1 manager is too busy flirting with non-busy waitresses, the other is standing at the end of the bar drinking from to go cups with 2 packs of cigarettes, cell phone, and keys sitting on bar, the opposite of professional. I only stay at this point to avoid rush hour and just maybe I caught them at shift change, nope it gets worse. Finally get a beer after 12 minutes at an empty bar and restaurant when bartender shows up carrying food to bar from kitchen (why are both managers making her run food when there are at least 10 waitresses, bus boys, and food runners doing nothing) I order the "signature wings" and a beer. Well she isn't caught up on dishes, no idea how because only 8 people at bar, most of which not even drinking, so I get a refill in my now warm beer mug. She disappears for 30 minutes, finally comes back and states she will go check on my wings, but gets interrupted by an off duty/former co worker or friend (because they are more important than her tip). They bullshit with some other off duty employees gathering at end of bar WITH THE MANAGERS! Finally she comes up with my cold, greasy, skinny wings, no plate and no napkin. Had to ask for a napkin and she hands me a dirty one from the bar top... I tell her to keep it. Ate a couple cold wings that had obviously been sitting in the window for a while since people at tables with waitresses were getting whole tables of appetizers long before my line self at the bar. I order a steak for two reasons, Atlanta rush hour is still on going and who can screw up a ribeye, I should have chanced rush hour. Rubbery, not seasoned, mostly gristle and looks nothing like a ribeye I've ever seen, not to say it took forever. Stay far far away from this place, I hope corporate reads this and takes action, only bad Logan's I've been to in Georgia or Florida, and it's due to crappy management and the employees using the place more like a hangout than a job read more

We just walked out. All the restaurants in the area had a wait so we saw this place didn't look too crowded. We walked in and were "greeted" with an attitude that we had had 6 in our party. The hostess walked off to see if there was a table available. She returned to seat us in a big corner booth. Once we all started sliding in we realized there was spilled something all over the floor and booth. We weren't sure if it was an entire milkshake or chocolate milk but it was thick and sticky. We all got out and the hostess was annoyed that we wanted it cleaned before we sat. At that point we just decided to leave. If a restaurant starts off that bad I'm not sticking around to see how it goes from there. Enter at your own risk. We are now enjoying the Longhorn across the street. read more

I see why they only have 3 stars. My family and I went in at 10:20. 40 mins before they closed! No one was at the door when we arrived there was a party of 7 in front of us a server came and did not greet anyone just asked how many and walked away. 5 mins go past and I grab another sever and tell them we are a separate party of 4. He said ok and grabs(my guess) the host. Who again doesn't greet us just says this way as we are walking one of the servers says I don't want a table the host says well then who's going to take them? This is all while she is seating us. We get seated and the same server is ours! She does a great job! Very nice and personable! However, when the food came out all of it was cold I mean COLD I order the 3 meat combo 2 ribs and brisket because they were out of chicken and something else ,they were out of all lemonade mash and other stuff also. Anyways as soon as the waitress came to check on us I asked to speak with a manager I told him about the first door experience then about how my food and my husbands food was cold he was nonchalant he said we'll all the food is cooked to order... Ugh no it's brisket that is slow cooked all day! He didn't apologize or offer us new food or even to warm our food up! He just said I'll take it off and walked away.... Our server comes back and apologizes for the food. I told her that I understands that it's late but there's no reason our experience should have been so bad she stated that when she told the manager a table wanted to talk to him he said that he was tired and was just ready to go! I've been living in the area for some years now and have never tried this place until last night. Husband and I wanted to go somewhere we hadn't gone before but traffic was horrible so I suggested that we try Logan's. Upon arrival we were told that we had a 25-35 minute wait. The waiting area is HUGE compared to other restaurants. Evidently that 25 minutes flew by because we were at a table in at least 15mins. As we were waiting to be seated we kept hearing guests compliment the food to the managers as they were leaving so it made us question why we've never tried the place. As soon as we checked out the menu, we were overwhelmed! Needless to say we ordered the Ultimate Roadhouse Platter (I think that's the name) and cheese sticks as our appetizer. The food was AMAZING! The only bad thing about our whole experience was our waitress. She wasn't the most friendliest server and we watched her leisurely stand at another table for at least 15 minutes chatting it up with those guests. By this time we were ready to leave so we had to wait until she finished hanging out just to pay. However I won't say that all of the service is horrible because the other servers appeared to be far more friendlier. Overall we were very impressed and we plan to visit more often. It beats the long waits at our local Longhorn and Red Lobster. read more

Was in the mood for a steak and shrimp. Then was notified by the waitress they were out of shrimp, and all sizes of sirlion. Then I asked for a prime rib. Apparentally you can only get that on the weekend. Finally settled on a ribeye. The "thing" they set in front of us was made up of 75% fat and grissle. We have tried to eat here on 2 different occasions, once at the bar and the sec. We sat a table thinking we would get better service. The first time was on a Saturday evening around, we eat we sat at the bar. The restaurant wasn't busy but, it was just the 2 of us. When we sat down the bar it had to clean it off so that we could keep from sticking to it. The bartender walked past us twice as we moved dirty dishes and napkins to the side. when she did take our order for drinks (which she never offered to refill) we had to flag her down to take our food order..... we both had the steak and shrimp 19.99 special. my steak was cool when it was delivered and would have sent it back had the bartender been around. the flavor of the steak was good and the shrimp was as well! we asked for our check which took the bartender 10 mins to bring since (as the guy sitting next to us had to bring to our attention." she"s busy dancing to Journey to bring your check!") i finally placed our credit card on the bar waiting on her to take it.... the second time we sat at a table...... thinking it would be better. Not. once again, it was not busy but on a Sunday afternoon. we ordered t steak and i had salteed mushrooms which when arrived tasted like a tin can, and were sent back. the manager came to our table to ask about the reason we sent the mushrooms back...... lol or if we wanted to substitute for anything. again, it was difficult to get drink refills. I'm not a business manager but, I do realize that the money is made on drinks! if your servers are not asking for refills, be it soft drinks or bar drinks, your employees are NOT doing their job! as this is our opinion, this location is the worst we have been to! service is par and there is no concern for food quality or customer service. this is evident of the availability of plenty of parking on any given day! read more

I came around 3:30, was quickly seated and ordered. Food came out fresh and good. The Shrimp trio and the grilled jumbo shrimp had a pretty good taste to it. Food was overall well seasoned, the steak a little too seasoned. The Rolls were good and buttery. We sat down and were approached a couple of minutes later. We ordered an appetizer and a steak and grilled chicken. We waited for awhile (15 min) for our app. That's pretty reasonable. We noticed the whole section was being served by one guy. He seemed overwhelmed. The tables around us were complaining about how long their food was taking. 20 min pass and we didn't have our food. We waited 20 more minutes and got our food. Everything was cold. You could tell the food was sitting in the window for a min. The server wasn't there that much. The manager came over there and comped a couple things off our ticket. Overall everything was okay, we just would've appreciated an attentive server and hot food. God only knows how long it took to get our food and on top of that almost everyone in our party said what they ordered was very lack luster. Let me start by saying i used to LOVE this place. Weekends, weekdays, whenever. The menu is reasonably priced and the service was always great. Most of the servers have been there for years. I had a friend over a year ago tell me that they changed management. Well, it was immediately apparent because this place took a nosedive! The food is never right, they cannot cook a steak how you want it...(order it the opposite of how you like it, maybe then you will get what you want). It takes a month to get your food...and now they want you to put your empty peanut shells in a bucket instead of throwing them on the floor. It's a roadhouse, you can't take that away from people! I am so disappointed about this place. At least they have 1/2 priced drinks after 9. read more

Single traveler in town for work. My expectations were low considering that this is a chain style steak house. I sat at the bar. The service was quick and friendly. The peanuts are tasty and remind me of ballpark style peanuts. The yeast rolls are buttery almost to a fault. I had 3, GUILTY!. Food was prepared well and fairly priced. I recommend. Better than eating at the Olive Garden next door. Avoid the Olive Garden at all costs if you're in town visiting. read more

Our server, Diamond, made our night! My granddaughter had been crying bc her front tooth was so loose that it was hanging by a thread. My granddaughter couldn't eat, but wouldn't let anyone near her tooth, except Diamond! Diamond took her into the women's restroom with me & gave her a small bowl of ice cream to deaden the area. She had to take care of other customers as well, but she kept coming back to check on my granddaughter. She was so very sweet & calm. Diamond finally ended up pulling my granddaughter's tooth! Now what server would do that? I have NEVER experienced anything like this in all my years! We gave her a nice tip, but no amount of money could ever thank her for all she did last night. This is exceptional service! We also know that Beth is excellent as well & usually ask to sit in her area, but she wasn't working. Of course we will be back! read more

this is the second consecutive experience at this Logans that left us wanting. Poor service at best... told bread machine out and had no bread.. we see bread on other people's table... my wife asks about it and server "found" the last two pieces and told that was all they had.. then we see more people with bread so why the need to lie if they are short on brea??? . perhaps say, our bread machine is on the fritz, how about a free appetizer? My dinner was OK. gumbo and chopped steak actually quite good but sauteed onions imply some degree of cooking and these were almost totally raw. My wife got a rib eye that was tough and tasteless. This topped by a server who seemed to not want to be there... next time it is Longhorn's which may be a smidge more expensive but much much better. Had brunch with the hubby on a drive down to Orlando, Fl from the ATL. Sophia, our waitress, is the bomb! Great personality, fun attitude! The food was also great and well worth the money. We order two steak salad with the chili and potato soup. However, the appetizer, Bourbon Rib Tip was so freaking delicious and tender! OMG I could have eaten about 5 of those plates! If I could give zero stars, I would. Walked in on a Friday night around 9:30 with a group of 9. (They close at 11.) There were only a couple tables in the restaurant. The hostess standing in the front sweeping wouldn't even look up from sweeping until we were through the second set of doors. She then began to complain loudly saying "why should I have to sweep when there are people coming in?" After asking for a table from the other host standing there we waited about 5 minutes and during that time observed 3 more loud complaints from the host sweeping, as well as the second host muttering loudly that whoever's section we were about to be put in was going to have a fit about getting a table. We waited a few more minutes observing these two and watched another group of people walk in and get the same treatment from the sweeping host. We then decided that we were not going to eat somewhere we were so clearly unwelcome. Being a restaurant manager and former host, I know that the host is the first impression of the restaurant. This being said... this was my first and last time at Logan's Roadhouse. Until they get some employees who actually care about the guests walking into the restaurant, it wouldn't surprise me if this location goes under. read more

Stopped by for a quick dinner. 3 people in the party . I order the BBQ pork chop the server said was not on the dinner memu but for $1.99 up charge to $8.99, I could get. Then we ordered 2 6oz sirlons with some teriyaki sauce on side with one. When the food arrived one steak was covered with garlic butter, the other steak nothing and two grilled pork chops. After informing the server and a conversation we decided if didn't want to wait on more food to be cooked so we ate it. When we got the bill there were charges of $14.99 for grilled chops and $.99 for garlic butter. I asked the server don't you think you should make and adjustment to the bill, she left and sent the manager over. Explained to the manager, and in an irritated voice said she would adjust the bill. When the new bill came $.99 had been removed. So I said let me pay a get the hell out of here. By the way the pork chops were over cooked and dry. read more
