I ordered an Everything salad to be delivered. It was soggy and there were no rolls sent with the order. This is the third time my online delivery was wrong. The 1st time, I paid for a salad and a salmon side. Unfortunately, they left out the salmon and I had to drive to the restaurant to get my order remade. Which meant I had paid a tip to Uber for my food and then still had to go there. The second time, the person placed my order ticket on the person who had only ordered rolls. Consequently I didn't receive my order which was about 40.00, only a dozen rolls. Uber refunded me everything except my tip although it was really Logan's fault. When I called the first time, it was blamed on Uber but when I called later and read my ticket from the bag, the person responsible admitted the error. Today, I will no longer order online from this place. I suggest that if you really want your order correct, dine there or try another online place! read more

Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Very slow service. Meals came out about 40 minutes after we placed them and were lukewarm to cold. I received the wrong salmon salad. Server brought me a different salad base and asked me to move my (cold) salmon over to it to make it right. My husband's rare filet was cold and looked well-done. Never cleared the extra meal plate, bread baskets and plates, salad plates or extra cups from the table through the meal. We had piles of plates and cups stacking up with minimal room for dinner plate and cup. Rolls were good. Restaurant was very dirty. Restroom was dirty. Handicapped toilet clogged. All 4 stalls out of toilet paper. Paper towel dispensers both empty. Sink handle and spout coming loose from sink. Toilet paper scattered over dirty floors. No draft beer though it was on menu. Server told us it hadn't been working for awhile ( days? Weeks?) and that just because items are on the menu doesn't mean they actually have them. They were out of several other things we tried to order. Charged our credit card $50 twice for the meal before gratuity. The meal was $90. We were confused to have so many (4) receipts to sign and add gratuity to. After we inquired, Server said they can only charge cards in $50 increments. So He charged us $50 twice for our meal. I have eaten in Logan's many times and the food was good. Yesterday we ordered steaks , hamburgers and cinnamon rolls. The steaks were good, the hamburger bread was hard and the cinnamon rolls didn't have the white icing. I ordered on line and they took 30 mins longer than the pick up time. I ordered our meal to go this time around. We placed an order for a filet with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. Second order was for the meatloaf, mash, and a Ceasars salad. They added the yummy rolls and butter. The order was perfect. Everything was warm and just as if we were eating in. The service was a bit confusing. Like they didn't really know what they were doing. Maybe a one off. They have two different, identified positions for To-Go. The signage outside did not give clear instructions on what to do (my first time there and first time to go). This place was very clean and great service. Hostess and waiting staff was wearing masks and gloves. We ordered potato skins and spinach artichoke dip, everything anything salad with grilled chicken. We got peanuts and rolls as well. The potato skins were dry and taste was nothing out of the ordinary. Spinach artichoke dip was tasty. Salad was basic. My friends and I ate here for the first time over the past weekend. It was... meh... The food wasn't good whatsoever. I ordered half a rack of baby back ribs with mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese on the side. Our food wasn't warm/hot. It was pretty cooled down which didn't make the taste of the food any better. Two of my friends got their food wrong and what was suppose to be cooked medium was cooked well done and what was suppose to be well done was actually very red. I would solely give this place 1 in a half star on food, but the reason why I'm giving 4 stars because our waitress was beyond sweet. My friends can sometimes be a little harsh when their food doesn't go their way (but who doesn't, right?) and she was handling it so well. That is what I call superb customer service. Today was a complete disaster. It seems as though the entire restaurant is in a disarray and that does an injustice to the guest. As a family we were super excited to try Logan's tonight but from hair being in our food as well as a bug I will say that I'm far from pleased. Service was slow and a lot of the food was cold by the time it actually made it to the table. Although we asked for ToGo trays to attempt to eat the food we left all of the food there on the table most of which wasn't even touched. I would hope that this isn't a regular occurrence for the establishment and that patrons are treated better than the service we received today. read more

When I tell you we will NEVER return here that's exactly what I mean! When I say almost everything was nasty, I'm not exaggerating at all. The mozzarella sticks (which I'm sure we're frozen) we're OK but why give 8 sticks with a half cup of marinara (come on y'all)? The potato skins were ok, the bread was good (it's sad that the bread was the best part smh), the salmon was cooked too well (the top tasted burnt), the rice was a half portion (no wonder the entree comes with two sides) and the Caesar salad was TERRIBLE! It was drenched with dressing and had STALE breadcrumbs! I said you got to be kidding me! The onion petals were decent but the sauce with them was nasty. They brought out the wrong steak and when they finally brought the right one to our table it didn't even look appetizing. The customer service was so slow I was ready to leave! We had to keep asking for what we needed, it got to the point where I didn't say anything whenever she decided to come to our table after walking past us SEVERAL times (meaning at least 5) still telling us she's about to bring our boxes. As disappointing as that food was we didn't even need boxes! Let me not forget my so-called Long Island iced tea, I asked for peach. When she brought it to the table I automatically knew it was wrong and when I tasted it the drink had some kind of sour mix at the bottom and the drink was clear. There is no clear Long Island. Had the ribs and some chicken tenders(?). For sides I had the Mac and cheese, the collard greens with bacon, and waffle fries The Ribs were not overly fatty, which made me believe they were pretty good in the first bite. As I progressed down this rack of short ribs, it dawned on me that the meat was so burnt it felt like little pieces of broken bone fragments in the meat. They hardly had any meat to begin with, so you can tell it wasn't that filling. On to the chicken. The chicken was sooooo dry, poorly fried, and had NO SEASONING WHATSOEVER. I even tried to go back to the ribs and dip them in the sauce! There wasn't much to begin with on the chicken, so there's not much else to say about it either. Furthermore, the collard greens! Dry. Don't know how you serve a green in its own juices and it's STILL dry! It said bacon bits but I saw 1 piece in what I attempted to eat. Next the waffle fries. I moved on to the waffle fries saving the Mac and cheese for last. The waffle fries were cold, they had no Salt, and were stale. How do you mess up waffle fries??? Finally, the Mac and cheese. If there was ever a Hail Mary in the food industry, this Mac and cheese nailed it. Had I known the rest of the food was gonna be so bad, I would have ordered 3 large bowls of it and ate that! Overall, they need a bit more attention to what they're putting out. Seriously, at least at other restaurants they try to make it look good even if they are serving food that's just as bad. The menu is based of some steak some salads burgers and salmon and some shrimp for those pescatarians. I ordered a nice cold sweet tea which was just right. Our server was what made our experience a 2 star. Salads took awhile for a not so busy Sunday. My refill of sweet tea was not sweet. I ordered a combo which consisted of a sirloin and some shrimp 2 scoops of potatoes which had no gravy. My sirloin was tough kinda hard to chew which I should of know because it was a sirloin. Another order at our table she ordered a medium ribeye which was cooked to medium well almost well. Our other guest her steak mysteriously got messed up for a 12oz rather then a 16. So she had to wait for her meal while she watched us eat and her steak took foreveeer. Manager discounted the tab. It's just no love I felt and my tea to go was overly sweet. I felt like the Togo should of married the refill to get my first cup. I haven't had Logan's in years since I was out in Louisiana now I know why I'm not missing much. Update 3/25/2017 we went today.... Her a filet and I had a ribeye. Sent both back because medium is really tough for these folks. The server tried to cover saying the red lights make the meat look redder than it really is.... I suppose that's why 2 new steaks were brought to us. I worked from age 15 to 30 in restaurants. I know how HARD it is. I LOVE hospitality, and have spent 30 plus years in it. It still is my absolute love for work. But today. I can't believe what I witnessed and I completely blame management. The service bar looked like this for an hour and a half. Unacceptable. The bartender would wash ONE glass when it was needed. Service was pretty bad all around. But the cake was this girl and Mom have a "service dog" on the seat of a bar booth. When this girl left to go the the bathroom, another couple asked to take pictures of the dog. It barked at the person taking pictures. The Mom explained that the service dog was still in training. The girl returned and proceeded to feed the dog from the table. Not only from her hands but steak and potatoes off her fork! And proceeded to eat from the same fork. And was looking her phone 90% of the time while "training" the service dog. Dog even licked stuff off the table before it was cleared. That management allowed this is over the top. The table behind us had an over-cooked steak and under cooked steak. At between $18 and $25 dollars a manager might make a visit. Pretty sure that did not happen. If it did, the person that came out was not overly pleasant. They waited at least 15 minutes for drinks. They finally asked for water since they could not get bar drinks. We waited 10 minutes to get greeted. No one had any idea whose server had our table. Waited 10 minutes for drinks. Our server was apologetic but seemed to have never waited tables in his life. All the staff was out for their own just to survive. This place needs to just close. read more

I'm torn about this review because I use to come and it was clean and food was decent and fast service. Now it's awful. I can't believe how far it's gone down. I went a couple months ago waiting at the door , no one ever greeted us , trash was all on the floor. We saw workers walking by but no hostess. We asked someone at the bar and she said that they'd be with us shortly but they never did so we just left. We went back again Thinking maybe it was just a bad day for them about a week later and the same thing, we waited for about 10 minutes it was pretty empty on a Tuesday , somebody finally came and seated us all the empty tables still had dishes on them the waitress was really nice And the food was OK but nothing special. Fast forward to today. My brother wanted to go for his birthday because he loves their ribs it was not crowded at all for a Wednesday at 3 but for some reason after we waited at the door again with no hostess with two other couples we looked around and saw it was almost completely empty someone finally came but they told us it would be at least a 25 minute wait but he wanted to wait so we waited, we were seated after 30 minutes , I had to use the bathroom It was a complete disaster!! trash over filled onto floor and not one stall had toilet paper, I had to ask a lady for hand napkins! After we finished the appetizer, I looked over and the table nearby had a giant roach sitting on it.
