Very Happy about Logix, the easiness to handle requests like printed copy of checks or statements at the branch. My Bank of America charges me to transfer money from or to Logix, Logix doesn't charge me to transfer funds from my BofA account to my Logix account, nor to send funds to my BofA. I switched my auto loan from Keyes Delearship Lender at 4% to Logix auto loan at 1.5%. No fees for that. Most of all Logix is not on the Derivatives market as other big banks so they won't get financial losses and do bail ins as the other big bank will have to do when the Derivatives market moves.Source Ref: The Hard Truth magazine. read more

Nine and a half years ago I made the best decision of my life. I was in the market for a house and I was introduced to Betty Wright at Logix. To say she is a spectacular loan office is an understatement. She has guided me and helped me to acquire not only one home loan but numerous loans, as well as lines of credit, a car loan, boat loans, as well as open a credit card. Logix is by far the best bank out there. Their customer service goes above and beyond any other bank. They answer the phone right away and are all very knowledgeable. I can't rave about them more. Logix to the rescue!! THANK YOU! If it weren't for the amazing team of lending agents, underwriters and processors at Logix I would have lost my dream home as well as thousands and thousands of dollars. I'm taking the time to personally write a review about 2 very special people working for Logix that have gone above and beyond and worked tirelessly to help me secure a home mortgage when my own private bank (Chase Bank) dropped the ball and nearly cost me to lose the home I was in escrow on. Betty Wright and Zeus Aberin are truly lending angels and have really outdone themselves. For this I am eternally grateful to them and Logix. After spending more than 40 days in escrow waiting for a lending approval from Chase bank who I have a private account with, Chase Lending, who didn't review all my application documents, cut my loan offer in half leaving me with a potential to default on escrow/offer and the bigger risk of losing thousands of dollars worth in my deposit. As a single mom I have worked really hard to save for a home and maintain all my accounts current with on time payments to be able to qualify for a modest single family home loan. Devastated at the unrealistic decision that was presented by Chase bank, I spoke to the home seller to let him know what had happened, he then introduced me to his old friend Betty Wright in the Valencia, CA office, who within 3 days had compiled my file, helped me fill out an application and personally drove my file to the underwriting team on her day off for a quick review and pre- approval. She worked endless hours, called me on weekends and after hours to ensure every step of the way was handled with professionalism and that I understood the steps. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful my experience was with Betty. After the pre-approval she turned my file over to Zeus Alberin who at the speed of light took over and ensured that all documents, all paperwork and all my disclosures were set up and approved. He is really the one to thank for a quick close on the property. He was extremely detailed, called daily to fill me in on what the status was, communicated next steps and went above and beyond to get the loan funded at an incredible rate and with a reasonable down payment. My family and I have been with Logix for over 30+ years. They prove time after time to be the best financial institution out there, even when they transitioned from Lockheed Federal Credit Union to Logix. This is a financial institution that cares about their clients. They want to know the stories behind the transactions, so they can best help their clients. They reward loyalty, diligence, and integrity, which they themselves demonstrate as a whole company. My family has received and paid off many loans with Logix over the 30+ years and they always provide the best deals. As for me, I am a teacher and Logix helped me purchase and pay off a car I love in less than one year! They are now helping me purchase a home of my dreams, with the best interest rate I have seen so far. Their service is bar none. From excellent, live assistance on the telephone (which you don't see too often these days) to the top executives, who make wise fiscal and business decisions to protect their clients and provide means to make dreams come true, Logix is the best. I have also experienced the welcoming, smiling person at the front door (Tricia, Trevor, and others), the knowledgeable, friendly tellers (Armitee), and the awesome loan officers as well (Araceli Cedillo!!!). In particular, Araceli Cedillo (Financial Service Officer II), Ajay Singh (Loan Manager), Ernesto Norona (Vice President of Lending), and David Fitzgerald (Vice President of Real Estate Lending) are all exceptional in their service to clients. Literally, one of the best experiences I've ever had in a bank setting (even though it's a credit union). I opened my account with Jessica Diamond and she so helpful and personable throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond with her service. Stay a way from this bank. They took my $5000 deposit after they approved me and order the appraisal and environmental report. Even after the appraisal report was over the value of loan they said they never check my credit and denied me . Now they wont return my deposit and i am taking them to small claim court.
