I was the first in line while one blond woman was talking in her language with the teller. Out of 5-6 windows, one was open. Other customers started lining up behind me during this time. Lady was STILL talking to the teller, and of course I couldn't tell if it was bank-related or social at this point. Finally, the younger girl opened a window. Did my simple transaction pretty much without speaking, no apology, no eye contact, and I was out in under a minute. My transaction was simple, and it shouldn't have taken that long due to their laziness. From other reviews, sounds as though the talking/ignoring customers is more common than not.
