I had to do the appointment through my personal account, hoping I could put a note to check who I'm working with can do what we need. Also, we're legally required to write a letter to the person doing the transfer. The appointment system doesn't remind me of that name. I have been calling about 5+ times a day to talk to them. It's a 6+ hour round trip for me and 2+ hours for the incoming president. I don't need to be told pop back tomorrow. Cannot get through on the phone. Cannot do business with this branch.

I was the first in line while one blond woman was talking in her language with the teller. Out of 5-6 windows, one was open. Other customers started lining up behind me during this time. Lady was STILL talking to the teller, and of course I couldn't tell if it was bank-related or social at this point. Finally, the younger girl opened a window. Did my simple transaction pretty much without speaking, no apology, no eye contact, and I was out in under a minute.
