I walked in to M and M and talked to, who I'm assuming is the owner, and he was able to place my order that day for the tanks. I chose the font and colors based on what the bride wanted. I dropped off my grad sash to get 4 areas embroidered. 3 areas were $20 and one area was $15. Total was $75+tax. I've called different embroidery shops as well as contacted some places via Yelp and they all quoted me 7-10 days or 2-3 weeks as turnaround time since we are getting into the busy grad season. Rancho Embroidery is super quick with their service: dropped off sash at 2:45pm, received text it was ready at 4:00pm and I arrived to pick it up at 4:45 pm just before they closed at 5:00pm. They do close on Tuesdays. Note that for greek letters, they only have one type of font available. The owner and his wife show you the sketch on the computer and then they will put tape on the sash to make placement of where you want the embroidery to be. I highly recommend them for rapid turnaround service!

She cleaned, made a few tweaks, did a test patch and it was perfect again. turns out I had the embroidery bobbin inserted from the previous owner.. I ended up getting the correct one and I'm so glad I did because once I got home, I couldn't find the regular bobbin. New to sewing, so still learning my sewing machine! She gave me tips on keeping it clean, explained what was wrong and how to adjust on my own. So grateful for her help. thank you! Definitely my new go to place now for services! This is surprising since I'd never used a sewing machine before. At a class this week, I met another lady who got a REALLY great deal on a refurbished high end sewing/embroidery machine and after sleeping on it, decided to go back the next day to see if they could find another deal like that for me. Well, George happened to be there and he and Karen found me a near-new machine with less than 10k stitches on it!!! Needless to say, I came home with a MAJOR upgrade at a GREAT price. These folks really know their machines and supplies, and make themselves available to help their clients and answer every question one could have...and as a super-newbie, I have an overwhelming amount. :) I look forward to spending many more happy hours there learning to use my new power tool with thread and mastering my new hobby. I understand that things have gotten very expensive, although Mr. Camarena should cool his jets a bit when dealing with customers. We purchased the machine from them a few years back and my wife is a light user. I made the critical mistake of questioning their repair price and lack of any explanation as to what is included. Mr Adolf became very arrogant and testy with me. You would think that they could have a better attitude with a repeat customer and be a little more customer friendly. Find a better repair option than these clowns!
