I went to have stitching done and decided to try LogoBoss since it was close to home. I normally use any other company near work in Livermore and should have done so. LogoBoss was more expensive and the service Wes very poor. I found the staff a bit rude and not friendly!!! My stitching took longer then they told me and when I finally picked up the piece the lettering was off center and crooked!!! I had the staff look at it and the guy told me if I take the price home and I'm still not happy then come back!! What's gonna change once I get home!!!! I brought a trophy in to get ingraved. I only get to keep for a year! The guy told me what a big deal it is to do it etc. He said it would take a week or sobut he would try and get it done before. When i paid for it i noticed the date on the receipt was 15 days. I called after one week it was still not done. I went there on the date the receipt said it would be ready in the afternoon and it still was not done. The guy knew i was pissed so i think they did it and had it ready a couple hours later. I have used LogoBoss for items here and there and what strikes me about this business is that even when I use them for something small and not necessarily high $ value, they treat it like it was a large or important order. They give great customer service and are accessible to answer questions or concerns. They have a nice selection of promotional items and they give excellent advice on what items go with what typeface, frame, etc. read more

I have updated my rating as the business owner/manager reached out (better late than never) to acknowledge my issue. This is proof enough for me to give them another try next season. I called for a quote on 13 baseball jersey's. I was told to email "Ray" and that he would help me with a quote. Ray did not respond to my email quote request, so I resent my request to his colleague Cory. I did not hear back from him either. I decided to send a request to two other local competitors at 9:45 AM this morning and both of them got back to me at 9:58 AM and they are ready to discuss my order. For months, i've been meaning to get my acrylic portfolio engraved and finally! I had the time, couldn't find the right places who could engrave my name at the bottom corner, nothing special, with a reasonable price. I yelped for laser engraving services in the east bay, and figured, I live right down Accurate Impressions, they do engrave and special goods, why not call and find out! Needed teeshirts for a school event Monday morning. I contacted LogoBoss on Saturday, just 2 days before, and they were fantastic!
