This spa is exactly what I've been searching for. They offer an incredible variety of wellness and beauty modalities all in one place, and most importantly, everything is high-quality, spotless, and extremely well maintained. They have two excellent medical-grade red light therapy systems, tanning beds, spray tanning, a sauna, the Cocoon Wellness Pod, CryoLounge, and so much more. One of my favorite things is that services are available on a walk-in basis, so there's no need to schedule appointments. And I rarely have to wait for anything! The pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming. It's clear that they care about both their facility and their customers. First of all, who DOESNT go to the salon with an expectation or stock photo or wanting their hair cut a certain way when they go to a salon? Second she said she's been cutting hair for so long and thinks she can cut it the way I want it BUT I have a very specific expectation. I'm confused, you can do it but don't want me unhappy with your result? Ok. No problem, I appreciate that you were thinking of me but not before asking me to make another trip to the salon, giving me the impression that you were going to rectify a situation by having me sit in your chair and put that cape around me? She gave me my money back in the end but not without arguing with me first and asking me to waste a trip. As a business owner, maybe ask for the reference photo PRIOR to the trip, the arguing with a client. If you have any expectations for your haircut, don't go to this salon. If you want to go in, sit down and say "do what you want"....still go somewhere else.

I wanted to see if DFW had a place that was adjacent to my out of town services. The facial was just ok, but the body scrub performed by Preeti was underwhelmingly done. There was no consultation about allergies or sensitivities, no hair covering offered, and the exfoliation was incomplete. The service felt rushed and I left feeling unclean rather than refreshed. She kept offering me a massage due to a cancellation that I said no multiple times. I didn't show my displeasure by being rude being I'm urging this new zen thing. I just noted subpar services are an overstated norm in North Texas. Also, it was stated if you have a service the steam sauna is complimentary it is not. I was not asked how my services went at check out and even though I called prior to 24hrs for initial appointment I was charged $30. Because of the experience, I called the spa the I Monday Feb 23 to cancel my membership/appointment and spoke with Ishma. She stated Preeti never received this feedback and I could come back. I declined due to lackof accountability and my time being completely wasted in this experience. The cancellation was agreed upon and she stated it would be done Tuesday since they are closed Monday. I followed up again the next day (Tuesday) because it had not been processed yet being I did not receive a confirmation text. After calling again, I received confirmation by text that my membership/appointment has been canceled. Despite canceling and receiving confirmation, my card was still charged fraudulently on March 6. That charge was not authorized, and I ultimately had to cancel my debit card because of it. At this point, the issue is no longer just about service quality but about billing practices, respect for a customer's time, and cancellation request. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this business and will continue my services where integrity, attention to detail, & quality of service are the norm.
