Will book my appointments wrong (wrong time, wrong location, etc.) and I'll have to go in myself and try to fix it on the app. Haven't seen results for any of the services I've gotten so I don't plan on returning after my packages are done. Kaitlyn is incredibly rude and will call me the wrong name every time. The whole team seems unorganized and will walk into my room and call me by another patients name. They redeemed services on my account despite not getting treated for it. When I told them the nurses were going into other rooms and treating people in the middle of my treatment I was asked, "what's wrong with that?" Don't buy into the "specials" they have. It's not worth it to go to this location.

I've been here before because I used to take my ex wife here to get her tattoo removed. It takes multiple sessions, but was extremely quick. I paid for 14 sessions and each literally lasts maybe 45 seconds, which I just had my first one. WARNING: It absolutely hurts but no fault of their own. I was maybe there for 20 minutes in total. But the specialist was very careful and honest. It's a little pricy (hence the 4 stars otherwise it would be 5) but it's worth it. I recommend them to anyone. I would provide before/after photos but it's not really a tattoo in the best spot to broadcast.

I was offered for pictures to be sent however because I felt like the rep wasn't understanding or was adamant about the results should've been that way I didn't pursue her sending more pictures and I also feel like if I would've come back in even though I wasn't offered, I would've have been given information to disqualify my concerns about the misplacement and to be hard sold again - to that point I am attaching pictures of my markup and two weeks after she did the Botox at lazer away Arlington and the last picture is the day after I had it redone by a doctor Clearly the pictures will show that it was misplaced when I got it there and the results were awful The last picture will show the results of when a doctor redid it and these are the results the very next day.

Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

I was so kindly greeted and checked in by Courtney at the front desk. She was able to answer all of my questions; while waiting to be called back. Which didn't take long at all. I was then greeted and taken back by Martin, (MA) to finish the in taking process; before seeing the physician. He was very kind, very easy to talk with and was able to answer all of my questions. I then met with April Morris (NP); who was very kind, concerned and knowledgeable. The entire experience was an awesome one for me from the beginning to the end. It was also confirmation for me that I had found the right primary care group to take care of medical needs. If you are new to the McKinney/Prosper area and are looking for a good primary care group; I would definitely recommend this group to you!
