To top it off you get the bath free if you spend 10.00 or was it 15.00 regardless there is a lot of product to look through to make my fur baby happy. Said her truck was too heavy, and she didn't want to get stuck! Don't think she wanted my business. Even lied to me and said the ground at the gate was too wet and soggy, which it wasn't. Went down to the gate right after I last spoke with her, and the ground was dry and hard, and no signs of her truck tires sinking into it. She even canceled her first appointment with me, and it had rained the night before she had rescheduled!

I left my dog Abby for six days at Prestige Pet Resort Spa for the holidays. She became stressed…read moreout and had an accident in her bed. Staff removed the bed, placed her on a towel or something like tat for the reminder of the stay and did not wash nor removed the lining covers for days to at least wash them separately. I was told that they do not have an "industrial" washer and were too busy to do it. I find this unacceptable. When I called about it I was told to bring a cheaper bed in the future in case in happens again! Very disappointed with this!
