I've been going here since I lived in Louisville in 2022 and even though I've moved down to Denver (and the staff changed, I loved going to Son as my artist previously) I still come up. Holly is so fun to chat with while she does my dip manis, and she knows I tried some spots down in Denver that just didn't measure up. She's always asked me to be honest about what I want, how it's looking, and how it turned out, and when we had some issues with a set drying oddly, she cleaned my nails up and started over. My service today with Victoria was an absolute nightmare. I cannot believe how argumentative she was with me in front of everyone at the front register. She did a full set of volume lash extensions on me today, (9/24/2026) which i did NOT ask for. I came in today at the 2 week mark since my first appointment for a classic set. I had discussed with her a few things I wanted to improve and told her I was here for a 2 week FILL emphasis on FILL. She ended up removing all of my lashes without communicating with me, and completely creating a whole new volume lash set. This was not at all what I had been expecting. I had showed her a picture of how I wanted my lashes to look after the fill. She said "yea" super quick without any more communication on what she would do. I had told her I wanted the lashes a little bit more filled in because last time there were a LOT of lashes she did not lash. Barely little to any communication on her end of what she was actually doing during the service in fact she was on the phone calling the whole time. When i go to check out she tells me the total will be $120 and I said how? It's supposed to be $85 for a hybrid fill. She then proceeded to tell me they are not able to change styles, which i explained I get that and you should have told me you can't do it from the start instead of completely changing my lashes to a totally different style. She would not stop arguing with me, drawing lashes on paper, and trying to "school" me and lecture me. She leans in and says, "by the way I do not want to see you again". Essentially telling me not to come back. Victoria was complaining to me saying "you just take advantage of my time, you just taking advantage of my skill. dont come back". I clearly was telling her, No, that's not true, and I'm not doing that. I said i'm sorry you feel that way but it's not me trying to make you feel that way. I said, if you had told me you were doing a full set of volume on me, I would have said NO. Because that was NOT what I wanted nor what i asked for NOR what WE DISCUSSED. She was offering to only charge me for the $85 fill, however Victoria then proceeds to tell me "do you want me to just take them off?" In an aggressive manner. At first I did not want them off, but I also did not feel like paying after this treatment. I was about to put my card in but she was being so mean to me and I finally just said "well I'm upset now you keep arguing with me. Just go ahead and take them off". I told her that at this point I was not happy and wanted a removal. When she was doing the removal she was extremly aggressive with my eyes, brushing the lashes super hard to the point where I had to tell her "dont rip my lashes". and "your hurting me". She denied she was doing all of this, and continued to berate me saying things like that I am just "young" and that I "don't even do lashes yet" even though I literally graduated from esthetics school and am opening my own lashing suite. She was trying to school me on lashes and argue her point to me. By the time she was done with the "removal" (which wasnt even a proper removal, I still had lashes hanging on everywhere)I was close to tears. I told her "I cannot believe you would tell me you dont want to see me again. I do value your time and we MUST HAVE SOMEHOW had a miscommunication". Her disrespect and ignorant attitude to the situation wasted my time as well. I came in for my appointment at 11 and was on time, the appointment didn't start until 11:30. And this took up almost 1.5 to 2 hours of my day. Overall a big disappointment, and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional service. I would not recommend lola nails and lashes to anyone. read more

I've been to Lola multiple times and honestly I don't know why I kept returning. I always get a gel mani/pedi, which they do simultaneously. My pedicures always turn out okay, but my manicures almost always look bad. The nail techs are always in a rush and don't pay attention to detail. My most recent manicure (pictured) was $55... BEWARE...DO NOT GO!! The girl who called me on the phone to confirm my appointment was the most confusing phone call I've ever received in my life and she was just as confused herself. And the worst part is, they want a $75 deposit for a manicure and pedicure to make the appointment! She said it's because I've cancelled before however I've never been in and this was my first time. She ended the call with saying, "you better show up on time!" So not a professional business!! Not a very good first impression either!!! This salon used to be much better but they've really gone down hill. The staff aren't very friendly and they are very loud and always shouting at each other. My pedicure and manicure were rushed and the "deluxe" pedicure I paid extra for was a joke. I still left with numerous rough patches. I have been getting my eyelashes lifted and tinted for the past 8+ years. I went to Lola nails for a basic eyelash lift and tint which was performed by Victoria. When I left, Victoria never said anything to me about her product not working. I noticed my lashes weren't as curled as they normally were but wanted to wait a day to let them set. The next day I realized they were just as straight as when I came in. I reached out asking if I could receive a refund for JUST THE LIFT, since it did not take. She responded that she could only give me a 50% refund for the lift. Which was only $30 out of the $110 that I spent. Even though it was her faulty product and lack of communication. When I expressed that it was not fair that I did not receive my full money back for the lift, I told her I would express that through reviews on social media. Victoria then told me I am an ugly person and that I just want things for free. Who talks to their customers like that?!? This was by far THE WORST customer service I have ever received! I paid for a service and she did not deliver (whether it was her or her products) and only got half my money back?! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. I wanted to give this place a try since it was right next door to where I get my hair done. I was getting nails done for my sons wedding. I made an appointment and arrived early. The lady who did my pedicure was great. Then they started doing my gel manicure while I was still getting my pedicure done. This was because they had some walk ins and they were hurrying to get them in. It is the worst gel manicure I have ever had done. I am 9 days out and it is already peeling and my cuticles are terrible. To top it off, the whole time I was there, the owner was running around trying to get her eyelashes done and keep asking the person doing my pedicure her opinion. I will never go back. People were great, I went in to get my lashes done around two weeks ago, my technician was super sweet and patient, even stayed after closing to finish up my lashes. I came in with a VERY LIGHT classic, but for whatever reason there was no consultation on what I was looking for in a fill. she used way too much glue which left my lashes stuck together and ended up ripping out many of my actual eyelashes. Could very much feel the extensions on my eyes and they felt pretty heavy and stiff like twigs. I'm not sure what it was but I developed serious irritation and swelling after the fact. Very unprofessional. Made an appointment online and checked in a few minutes before my appointment time. I was then left waiting for over 25 minutes. I watched 3 customers leave during this time and watched one technician sitting and chatting with the receptionist for the last 10-15 minutes. I believe the other technicians that were tending to the customers that had left went to the back. When I asked how much longer my wait time would be, I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes at least. This would have left me waiting over 35 minutes after my appointment time had I stayed. Lola nails is the best nail salon in the boulder/Louisville/superior/Lafayette area. They provide such high quality service every time and really do their best to make you comfortable and make sure you are happy with your service. It is such a cute salon and is so clean and well put together. I came here once at 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) and my technician stayed with me until 6pm. This is the best nail salon and I strongly reccomend making this your go-to salon!! I've had my current set of acrylics for about 2 weeks and they still look amazing!! read more

I like coming here because of their online appointment scheduling & the good job they do. But the past 3 times, despite making an appointment over a week in advance, I have ended up waiting over 45 minutes EVERY time. The owner tries so hard to placate all the customers but the online scheduling packs in too many customers. They can't keep up. I have been sitting in the pedicure chair over 30 minutes now, next to another woman who is also waiting, and the technician walked past both of us to start working on a customer who just walked in, not knowing who was next in line. Just left Lola nails and I am beyond impressed. I had been going to Magic Nails off Highway 7 for years out of convenience but I was tired of spending money on a crap job and spending hours in their salon. Morgan, the owner was quick, efficient, and very talented. He took the time to help me pick out a new color, and my nails look a million times better than when I went to Magic Nails. I was in and out in 40 minutes, something that would have taken easily an hour and a half at Magic. The only reason it even took that long was because it took him extra time to remove the thick layers of dip I had on. I look forward to returning and making Lola my go-to spot! read more

I am so in love with them!!! I've been going to her a couple months now. She is very efficient and flexible and does a great job. Great price, everything! I drive far to see her as I have been to a different lash person and my eyes burned constantly, unbearably because the other lady used too much glue and "an old school technique" which took her longer and my lashes clumped together. I cant and wont go thru my entire experience as there was too many issues from the beginning, however, i do not recommend this salon! My mother and i went in together for a mani pedi duo. We were bombarded with four ppl before we could even sit down, grabbing and pulling at our hands and feet. We didnt even get to pick out polish! The girl had my feet in her hands instantly and i had the other one rushing me to tell her the shape...she said omg and laughed when i told her i hadnt picked a powder. She grabbed 1 of the 4 sel ewections off the wall and brought it over to me as she stood impatiently breathing down my neck. Once that was out of the way the shape of the nail became a problem. I showed her a picture. Which was a coffin shape. She glued the tips on and proceeded to cut them into triangle shape...pointy. she asked if i liked . I said no.. she said omg, thats what you said you wanted... i reshowed her.. and she had to remove the tips and start over. Overall it was a bad first impression. My moms toenails are already chipping....we wore flip flops.. and they didnt file our nails at all?????. Luxury nails is where i have gone for 2 years...i only tried this place for my mom! I wont be back and i am a bartender in Louisville...i will definitely not recommend this salon....Go to luxury nails...its right down the street! Ask for Bee. Tammy who worked on my pedicure was awesome & I was 100% happy with her focus. BUT their was another employee who was loud & causing other employees & clients to hear her "drama". This started 1/2 way through my appointment & just continued to build. The unhappy employee went in to vent to both owners & myself along with the client to my left & right could hear it all. It was extremely unprofessional & tension could readily be felt. I got up to leave, but did voice my feelings of it being my first time there & it was not relaxing. The one owner did apologize & acknowledge my complaint, unfortunately the unhappy employee was still ranting to others as I exited. Well, I just had the best pedicure I've had in ages. And it was $30. Morgan was so nice and did a great job. I recently spent $90 on a pedicure at Tall Grass and this was far above and beyond what I received there- for 1/3 of the price. Plus it's in the neighborhood!
