Listen yes i went an hour before they close so things may be different. but i scooped all my topping with the same Plastic Disposable Spoon so like if you were allergic to something you have been exposed. also not a single employee spoke to me the entire time i was in there except when she told me my total. in terms of the vibe, it was clean and looked like you would think a froyo shop would. bright colors. however the cold toppings had a lot of like empty space where i could see into the dirty ish cooler which was off putting. read more

Went to Lola's today, so excited to bring my new bestie here. Was raving about it ALL day just to come find out that the frozen yogurt was runny, resembling diarrhea almost, but still solid enough to enjoy a yummy treat. The service was very good, the girls working were kind, but new maybe? Might not of known how to run the machines correctly. Who knows. I love the colors of Lola's, but for some reason the colors were a little too bright today. Should consider less aggressive white lights. I recently went to Lola's during the pandemic. They provided gloves, and served the ice cream to you with individually cleaned spoons. The worker at the times name was Julie and she did an awesome job!! She was super helpful and patient. read more

Was really impressed with Lola's. I've truly never been in a frozen yogurt store with as many options as Lola's, they have every topping you can think of for your froyo. It was amazing and I wish I had been more articulate in crafting my perfect froyo but I was overwhelmed and just kept piling on the stuff. read more

This place is OK and that's being generous! I would not let my dog eat here... because he's lactose intolerant... and every time I walk in I feel threatened! Most times I would go in and it would go off without incident and just be awkward... but the last time I went in March 4, 2018 was the worst day of my life! I walked in and I get these hateful stares, as always when I go in Lola's. I try to brush it off and I grab a froyo cup from the rack and pour my usual peanut butter froyo. I was about to get some crushed Reese's cups to go on it but there was a line. The kid directly in front of me turned around and slapped the yogurt out of my hand. Naturally I recoiled and the mom turned around and yelled so everyone could hear "What did you do to my son?!" Instead of answering her (I didn't need any more on my record) I ran for the exit with peanut butter froyo running down my shirt and on to my shoes. But the girl at the cash register said "You're gonna have to pay for that you know." starts laughing at me and I said "I didn't even get to eat it" and she says "That's not my problem... PAY!" So I did. On my way out, though, she said "Have a nice day" in a mocking tone. I turned around but the little boy was there and I ran for the hills! Good froyo though! read more

It was a sunny Saturday afternoon on the last day of the tractor pull. You would think that on a busy weekend like this they would have more staff on their team but they only had one person working. I I waited over 30 minutes for two teas. Others walked out before receiving their order and when one other customer complained about their tea the woman redid their tea before serving mine. I like this place but I am very disappointed in their staffing and their service. read more

My first impression of this place was from my roommate's description of it from the street: "It looks really green in there." So we had to check it out. And it's true--electric lime green walls with orange trim make for a really energetic atmosphere at Lola's. I had froyo from another place in Boston just last week, and it kind of made me think frozen yogurt could only taste kind of disappointing, like a sad alternative to ice cream that made people feel less guilty than they do when they eat ice cream. But I had a vanilla custard flavored frozen yogurt at Lola's that was nice and creamy--fully satisfying! The selection of toppings was out of control. They have all the standards I'd expect, like brownie bites, gummi bears, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, hot fudge, etc. but they also have several flavors of boba (maybe that's standard, I don't really know) and interesting syrup flavors like peppermint. The strawberries were even cut in a crinkle fashion that was strangely nice. The service was pleasant, and they apparently do a hassle-free rewards program: once you spend $30, you get a free 10-oz froyo. So I signed up--why not? While I tried not to go too overboard this visit (mine was around $3), some people close to us in line spent upwards of $11 on their extravagant concoctions, so it probably wouldn't take that many visits to get to $30. Another plus is that it was open late (for BG, that means past 9 on a weeknight). But this also means that every college kid looking for something nonalcoholic to do past 9 was there, so they could stand to expand their seating area. My roommate and I had to hover for a while before a table opened up. Oh, also, they serve bubble tea, a fact I wish I had known before checkout. I have been looking for a bubble tea place for so long. I definitely plan to spend some more time at Lola's in the near future. read more

This place is great. Being a fitness addict I try not overindulge on desert so the 'pay-by-the-ounce' feature is awesome. Not to mention the flavors are exceptional. Got the bubble tea with bobba and pineapple and it was good. Extremely sugary and couldn't drink all of it. I would go back and get half the syrup or whatever they put in it. The prices were very reasonable though. read more

I love this place, I visit once a week and sometimes more. They have a lot of selections and the choices vary almost weekly. The flavors are listed with nutritional information and they are friendly to most dietary needs. There's an abundance of toppings and it's all kept really clean! As an avid fan of bubble tea, I was really looking forward to having some from Lola's, which is a good place for frozen yogurt. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered a 16oz. kumquat flavored black tea with mango "bobas." The bobas were not tapoica or even of the jelly consistency, and the male employee did not inform me that I would receive balls of liquid in the tea. I left disappointed, and I also threw away the drink a few steps up the sidewalk. I do not recommend this place for bubble tea. read more

My first thought was that this place is a healthy alternative to ice cream. Once I was inside I found it is a little of both worlds. There are toppings that are sweet, salty, fruity and sweet and sour and many of them. It is clean and the service is friendly. It is self serve so be careful because it is charged by the ounce. read more
