They have fudge, taffy, popcorn, ice cream, and all kinds of chocolate candies and chocolate covered pretzels and etc. I absolutely love the milk chocolate turtle caramel apple. It is my order every time. They have fudge buy 2 and get 1 free. I buy 3 of these and ship to my mom. She loves fudge. I have never had a bad experience. I visited your store for the first time on May 2 2026. I discovered while checking my bank statement that I was charged $82.88 for an ice cream cone. I called the Alpharetta store & spoke to Jade who told me I left a gratuity of $74.49. I was shocked. I came into store as directed by Jade to get a refund on my card. The transaction failed and only refunded me $8 39 for the cone. Went back to store was told transaction was done correctly & nothing could be done without owner Todd Bridges approval. Not sure where to start Very bad experience here. My gf and I came in, only few customers and 5 staffs working and they are all busy chatting and no greeting whatsoever. One girl just walked in the back and scooped ice cream for themselves. No one smiles here, they all look angry. I was about to walk out but my gf wanted ice cream so I end up getting ice cream here. No welcome greeting, too busy chatting with their worker, no customer service, and poor management. Seems like manager allow them to do whatever they want. At any Kilwins location, there's always a line, which is a testament to their chain's popularity. I appreciate this location's use of QR codes to help patrons review the many flavor choices while in line. They also offer samples for those who are undecided. After several less-than-stellar experiences here, will not be returning ever again. If you can charge super-high retail for a scoop of ice cream, good for you. But that kind of pricing must be accompanied by something close to luxury service. Almost every time we have gone here, including tonight, we have been charged significantly more than the already high price on the menu. Accompanied with that, a teenager who doesn't want me to be there paying $9 a dish for ice cream and an expectation of tipping on top for indifferent service. A wonderful frozen oasis in downtown Alpharetta! Kilwins is not just for ice cream though... they have specialty candy, cookies, caramel apples, packages of sweets and many delightful sugar bombs for your taste buds! We came here for the ice cream though. The shop is really nice... lots of stuff everywhere, lots of counter help, very well maintained and customer friendly! We walked in and we were helped almost immediately. My boys ordered their ice cream scoops and they were pretty good size! More then my youngest could eat especially not as fast as it melted! There is not really space to sit inside... not much... so my family went outside on a hot day to eat their ice cream. Not the best option for sure... especially with younger kids. Might be a good idea to just maybe make a little more room for a few more tables... just a thought. However the experience was good... A quaint sweets shop with good service but unfortunately, we didn't like any of their ice creams or chocolates. I sampled a bunch of flavors but the ice cream texture is soft and foamy vs rich and thick. We also tried a variety of filled chocolates which were passable. read more

I stopped by Jinya Ramen Bar in Alpharetta on a Saturday night. As I was walking back to my car, I discovered a great sugar shoppe, Kilwins. They offer gourmet ice cream and a variety of candies. On a Saturday night, this place is fairly packed. There's a little line of people waiting to order ice cream. There are also a number of people perusing the candy area. I decided to try one of their homemade pecan pralines. When I approached the counter, I was assisted immediately. They have lots of employees working behind the counter on the weekends. The pecan praline was delicious. It tasted fresh. It had a decent amount of pecans. I would have tried some of their other candy, including fudge, truffles, toffee, caramels or creams, but their prices are a little too high for me. Everything is priced by the pound, and many of their chocolates are $25 to $35 per pound. The next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by again and try another piece of chocolate or a scoop of ice cream. read more

Stopped to buy my co-workers some treats. Love the fudge but was dismayed that the clerk said I had to by a whole or half slab of fudge. I asked if I could buy a quarter portion because it was for my personal treat. He said no. I had to buy a whole or half portion. When I pointed out that there were smaller portions already cut, he informed me those portions were for samples and not for sale. The last time I visited this location I was able to purchase a smaller portion. The clerks adamant response I had to buy half a slab of fudge or a whole portion did not sit well w me at all. I even asked if I could purchase a 1/4 peanut butter fudge and 1/4 caramel Salt fudge to total a 1/2 portion he said no. Not good business practices. Not everyone wants that large of a Portion especially for just one person. I was turned off by this experience which is sad because I do love the fudge and previously was able to get a smaller portion on prior visits. Don't plan to visit again. read more

It's never too hot to indulge in chocolate. Even though it's 90 something degrees outside, the chocolates that I just bought here made it home without melting (even after a quick Target run!!). My husband and I visited by on a Saturday afternoon with our young boys after strolling through the fun new outdoor shopping area. The ambiance is great, Kilwin's is located in a perfect spot right next to a big fountain for kids to play in and just across from the parking deck. It's away from the busy main road and offers nice outdoor seating. The interior is very nicely decorated, adorned with chocolates and candy galore. The counters are full of truffles, caramel apples, and just about anything you can imagine covered in chocolate. Truly a fun place to pick out some goodies to bring home! However, be prepared to pay big. $9.50 for two kid scoops of ice cream and $6 for a small bag of gummy worms is a bit much. I understand that with quality comes a bigger price tag but this seems outrageous. I'd come here again, but only for the chocolate. For ice cream I'd probably try another local spot. read more
