We had no idea there were so many different ways to process coffee beans so we ended up looking them up while enjoying our drinks. Once we learned more about them, we were so intrigued that we actually ordered some coffee online afterward! It was easy to see why this cafe is so popular. The line kept getting longer and longer the entire time we were there. It's a fairly small cafe so seating was pretty limited as well. I ordered the Latte with Caramel Cardamom and it was delicious! My husband got the Coffee Shot of Chamomile Pink Bourbon from their "Coffee Nerd Drinks" menu. He was especially interested in it because of the brewing method. I'm usually not a black coffee drinker but I tried a sip and was surprised by how much I liked it. There were still so many drinks we wanted to try but since this was only a weekend trip, we didn't have enough time. We'll definitely be visiting again the next time we're in the area!

Last time I had the Honeycomb Bread and Pistachio Latte which are popular, on my return I had the Shibam Latte and Sabaya. Not a single complaint on everything, the pistachio latte was very soft and easy to drink too quick, the Shibam was a pleasant mix of spices and coffee, the honeycomb bread was almost like having a sweet bagel with tasty honey cream cheese, and the Sabaya was like a super flaky croissant that pleasantly mixes with the lattes. Service was amazing. Muneeb helped us pick something that matched our tastes and was very happy to have us. Atmosphere is just as fantastic as the food. This place is very well decorated and clean, with ambient lighting to add to the calm tone. I enjoyed talking to the people here for the "Smash Brothers" tournament going on during my visit. It's family-owned, hardworking, welcoming, and the service is consistently exceptional. They always remember us, remember our orders, and somehow manage to make every visit feel personal. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it's a huge reason we keep coming back. The large cappuccino is always on point, the food menu has plenty of variety, and there's something for pretty much everyone. They're also supporters of the motorcycle community, which earns even more points in my book. Every now and then there's live music too, which just adds to the atmosphere. Lattes are available hot and cold and with a variety of milk choices. I got a hot "LavLove" latte (lavender and vanilla) with whole milk. It was ready quickly and I was pleasantly surprised - the taste was delicate and floral but not overpowering, and there was no bitterness at all from the espresso. I look forward to making this a regular treat, and I will definitely be back to check out the breakfast sandwiches and bakery items.
