I had no idea what I wanted to buy my friend, but Nathan asked the right questions and helped me figure out what they had that might be a good fit for me. Excellent visit at this Lolli and Pops location! We stopped in for some sweet snacks before our movie. We were happily greeted and offered assistance as we walked in. The team member who handled our purchases was knowledgeable, funny and very helpful. I was so glad to find one of my favorites -- Toffee Coated Macadamia Nuts covered in Milk Chocolate. It was a bit pricey ($16.95), but cheaper than flying to Hawaii for them. :) This experience was a nice change from the recent terrible service we received at the Glendale location. Lolli N Pops is a trendy candy boutuque. Lot of cool choices. This location is well maintained and has a nice setup where the aisle and mini rooms lead up to the giant golden Gummy Bear. It was near closing time but the staff was super nice and greeted us right away. Very helpful. Crystal took the time to chat with us and was very sincere. I've been to one of these locations before, so it was nice to see it here too. I went on a Friday at opening time in late August. The moment I stepped into the store, it was warm. You could tell the A/C wasn't on and a section with the drinks had their lights off, so it wasn't that comfortable in there, plus it was one of the hottest temperatures in southern California that day. I wasn't in there long, but did get a few things and was on my way. read more

I stopped by here tonight since my wife wanted to go to the Brighton store next door so instead of waiting for her I came to get some gummies. I got their refillable jar before but I forgot it at home when I left so I figure I'll just put the gummies in a bag. I wanted the watermelon gummies so I walk through the store looking for it. They didn't have much guest inside and no one greeted me when I walked in. I found the watermelon gummies after making a second round in the store. You can save a little if you bring you're refillable jar with you. For the amount of watermelon gummie I got, I was kind of shock by the price but I understand. When I got home, I put the watermelon gummies in the jar and it almost filled it up. read more

I am at the Westfield Topanaga mall often. I do visit their other locations regularly at the Santa Monica Promenade and Northridge Fashion Center although this location is always above and beyond! The store is always clean, well-stocked, samples aplenty, be it at the door or inside. I love trying new things and I'm thankful for the helpful employees, their candy expertise, and their warm accommodations. Super big shout out to Crystal and Gloria! They're always here when I am in and their service and vibe keep me coming back! Their prices are beyond fair considering the quality of their goods, ESPECIALLY THEIR GUMMIES, and their rewards program is very very worth it considering I come in often and it's free to join! While waiting for our appt at Cartier, the hubs and I decided to walk around the mall to see what other stores are open and this cute little candy shop caught both our attention. Upon entering, we were greeted right away, we continued to check out the store by casually browsing and came across these interesting soda pops. I never knew that this store exists until I stumbled upon it when I was strolling down Topanga Mall. The nice facade caught my wandering eyes. It is painted in a very nice shade of green which felt very welcoming. From the outside, I could see the beautiful display inside so I wasn't able to resist myself from entering. The store is very clean and very organized. Inside is a very wide selection of candies and chocolates neatly arranged in shelves. There are also truffles and baked goodies in the glass case by the counter. At the back is a huge golden teddy bear where different gummies and candies sold per pound were. Just scoop your favorite ones and pay them at the counter. The employees look too cute in their uniforms which compliments the decor of the store. Sadly, I find their items a bit pricey but I could enjoy a sweet indulgence every now and then. read more

This store is way too pretty not to go in. There is too much of a selection to not get anything, really I was ok until I got to the rows and rows of gummy bears, I just had to. Hands down best selection of Gummies EVER! I paced myself and got almost a lb since there were so many I had never seen. Excellent selection of hard to find chocolates and cady from all over the world. Ok first thing that stood out for me was how colorful the place was. Lolli and pops is literally a graphic designers heaven. Honestly, if i ever feel like I need inspiration, i'll just go there and chill :^) And the items they sell... Are packaged BEAUTIFULLY. Especially the chocolates selection. Love the huge variety of candy from all different countries! The prices are pretty steep though. The customer service here is excellent. The employees always ask if you need help finding something and are always friendly and there to make recommendations. They have chocolate covered cherries and blueberries! Ahh my favorite! I've also tried their Rice Krispie treats. They're $5 each but huge, delicious and worth it. They come in different flavors like s'mores, m&ms, coconut, etc. The have chocolates and candy from Asia, as well as chocolate from Germany and Belgium. Their chocolates and truffles in the glass case look beautiful. I haven't tried any of those yet but the way they're decorated is amazing. They look so appealing. As you walk in the Mecca of candy shop you realize just how far candy and chocolates have come. The chocolate display has beautiful selection of chocolate truffles. Some decorated to look like turkeys and Santa. The Gummie Bears are displayed in all sort of flavored. The prices are ridiculously expensive. Two pieces of chocolate and some Gummie Bears was $18. Alexandria lured us in with a sample of sour patch kids, which I didn't count as a sample since I could get them anywhere. When I said, salt water taffy?, she informed me they had some, and some is right. She answered all questions, letting us know they were getting new flavors soon. She gave all info about truffles, answered all our odd questions and we walked away with a salted caramel large thing, she had a name for it, and a lavender caramel truffle, which like she said is for those who like the strong taste ‍. Macaroons here were stale and hard, we have tried some at another place and they were never this hard. I ordered 4 and only received 3. The Marzipan was great even though it was very small. My kids enjoyed it and we threw out the macaroons. Update: miscommunication with a new employee spoke to the manager. The manager was able to give us new macaroons and was very helpful. Wow, the staff here is so nice and very informative. We came in browsing and received a tour of the whole store. I left with two huge baggies of chocolate and it wasn't even a pound!! Definitely worth the money and a pound of chocolate is like half the price of see's candy. I'm actually eating a handful of the coffee bean covered chocolates as I'm writing this!! This place always caught my eye (it's very visually appealing) so my friend and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, we were so disappointed! I was not at all impressed by the individual candy selection, although my friend was. We both bought the Rocky Road chocolate, she chose chocolate/ peanut butter and I chose cappuccino/chocolate. We both agreed everything was totally stale...If that's not bad enough, I thought it tasted like plastic that had been dropped on the floor. I can't describe it any other way. They had a sale where we ended up getting 2 candies for the price of 1; otherwise, 1 piece of candy will run you approximately $3.70!!! They had plenty of other options of other types of candy and packaged goods but after trying what we did, I'm unwilling to spend any more money at this place. Despite our dissatisfaction with the products purchased, the service provided was excellent. I didn't get his name (we were there 10/10/19 around 7:45pm) but we were helped by a young guy who offered us samples and showed us products he thought we'd like. I hope the owners or management know what a great job he does and how hard he works. read more

Selection of candies are incredible. You can find the cutest Knick-knack candies around the store. Customer service is great all smiles, aside from 1 individual. One thing that disenchanted me during my most recent visit was the cashier. She was very rude and I felt rushed. She handed my bag of candies and said here. I asked for a bag and she hesitated with a grin. I said why wouldn't u put this in a bag? I don't want to walk around the mall with a visible plastic bag full of candies. I wanted a bag so I can hold it comfortably, not hold it like a rabbit by its ears. I was very irate when I left the store a little thing such as giving out a bag was a huge deal for this person and she was just unapologetic. For the longest time I've been passing Lolli and Pops until I had actually stopped in out of curiosity. I was immediately greeted by a lady giving out samples, and then this wonderful woman named Cheryl had taken the stance to assist me in whatever I wanted. She gave me a thorough tour and a little history on the Lolli and Pops company. She was amazing! Very helpful, and absolutely willing to answer any and all questions while suggesting what she thought was best for you. The store was very clean and served many different themes, regions, and even had a section for adult-candy (alcohol infused). It's on the first floor right next to the food court, so it's a convenient location. Stop in, grab a sample, and talk it up with Cheryl! I'm giving it 4 stars because I love this place and the customer service I always get, but today was horrible! If it wasn't for Sapphire I would have dropped everything that I was buying for over $100 and walked out. Not sure if her name was Nalani or Talani, she was rude and had a huge attitude problem specifically with me, not sure why, maybe she thought I was throwing candy in bags randomly LOLLLLL. ANYWAY because of her my phone number wasn't found in the system and I didn't even want to sign up with them because her energy was horrible. Monique and Sara helped guide me through each of the candy areas so I could make my perfect gift tins which they kindly wrapped with ribbon. Perfection!
