This location makes my mocha blasts with less chocolate just like I ask, the waffle cones are always fresh and the ice cream cakes are amazing. The product quality and level of service is not the same at all locations but it's is consistently outstanding here. There's nothing like stepping into this spotlessly clean, cool store on a hot day for ice cream. We used a BOGO deal for scoops and somehow there was a technical difficulty, but the older guy still honored the deal, if not giving us an even better deal. Got a double kids scoop of Pistachio Almond/Reese Peanut Butter and single scoops of the Butter Pecan and Dragonfruit (a little too sweet). All the other flavors were on point though. However, ever since your previous crew of young men left, the quality has noticeably declined. This is the second time I have received the wrong ice cream order. A week or two ago, I ordered sugar-free pineapple and rainbow, but instead was given berry sherbet. I didn't return it at the time and simply ate it. Today, I again ordered sugar-free pineapple and rainbow, but was given rainbow sherbet and praline & cream instead. Once home (we live about two miles away), I realized the mistake and assumed it was my husband's ice cream. When we drove back to correct it, the young lady who served us was not customer-service friendly. Instead of remaking the order, she attempted to scrape off the top layer and replace it with sugar-free ice cream, which is not acceptable. When my husband explained that I had already tasted the ice cream, he advised that it should be tossed. At that point, the young man assisting her grabbed the ice cream and slammed it into the trash can with attitude. To add, this same young man had been goofing around while she was trying to serve us earlier, and she even had to tell him to stop. I strongly suspect he is also the one who gave me the wrong flavor during my previous visit. This is very disappointing as loyal customers. Baskin-Robbins is the only place I get ice cream from. Specifically this location too. I grew up a block away and it's become a special place in my heart. One worker with a gray beard has seen me come there since I was a baby. I'm in love with their sorbet flavors and will only eat my ice cream with the tiny pink spoons. Best custom ordered cakes! My team wanted to throw a special surprise birthday party for one of our managers at the office and made the theme all about him. We got custom wrapping paper with his face on it and I ordered a custom cake on 8/11/2023. I placed the order one week in advance via the Baskin-Robbins app. Not all locations offer the "Create Your Own PhotoCake" and I found it easily on the app vs. the Baskin-Robbin's website. On the day of, I called ahead of time to confirm the cake was ready for pick up. I went with my manager to pick up the cake and mistakenly went to the wrong location. Luckily, this location was easier to get to and the parking lot was more spacious. This store also looked cleaner. K, the store manager, asked us what our favorite ice cream flavors were and he gave both of us two samplers to try. It was such a sweet gesture. I did like it today but I would have loved it if the banana would have been nice but it was hard and It tasted as if it was cut green and forced to get riped. By far, the nicest store owner we've encountered. The place is clean. The parking is easy. We stopped by today to get a scoop to-go for a friend in hospice. Review of Baskin Robbins Knafeh Ice Cream Bar This Baskin Robbins location left me deeply disappointed, and frankly, I felt robbed. They're selling their knafeh ice cream bar for $13, while other Baskin Robbins locations offer the same product for $7. The price hike might have been forgivable if the quality matched the cost, but it was the complete opposite--the knafeh was burnt and almost inedible. To make matters worse, when I questioned the absurd price, the Middle Eastern employee repeatedly justified it by claiming the cost was due to the "labor." I have nothing against him personally, but if you're going to defend your product and the effort behind it, at least make sure the product lives up to your words. This was by far the worst knafeh ice cream bar I've ever had. Overpricing and poor quality don't make a good combination. Save your money and get a knafeh ice cream bar from another Baskin Robbins location--they cost less and are far better. This spot needs to focus less on empty talk and more on delivering a product that's worth the price. read more
