This is such an adorable store! Yes, prices are a bit higher than your typical store but that's the ambiance. Everyone here was so friendly and they offer samples, you can probably have as many as you want too! They have different sweet treats from different countries. They even had White Rabbit! I love this store. But recently on my last visits one of the employees is VERY RUDE. Her name is Danii if im not mistaken. She's light skinned with freckles. I asked her about another employee by the name of malik because i always shopped with him while im there. He's very professional, nice and out going. So i asked about him and she said he wasn't there all rudely and went back to what she was doing. Wasn't even greeted when i came into the store like I normally do. I cant shop there anymore with someone like that on your team. Also , whenever im in the store i never get treated like a customer when she's there and i feel like a bother. every time i come in the store she's always rude . She's always on her phone. That is very UNACCEPTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL! But everyone else i love when i come in there. read more

From the minute we walked in our visit was nothing short of amazing. Malik, Tim and Casey were so welcoming. Any questions that we had they answered them and the best part is that we were able to try whatever we wanted to try. The candy is so delicious as well as the popcorn. I've been to Lolli and Pops when they first open versus now. Before you were able to taste test the different candies before buying so that as a customer you could taste what you're buying. Prices were reasonable and the staff was so much fun! Fast forward to several months later I've noticed that the prices of the bulk candies like the gummies and chocolate sky rocketed from $11/pound to about $18/ pound! The refillable jars went from 12$ to $15 and for several weeks the store didn't even have the variety of gummy bears they once had. Now it just seems like the staff pressures customers into just buying the candy, especially Tim, who seems very pushy when it comes to buying more and more. The candy store isn't what it used to be. It had potential but not anymore. read more

The "so called manager" aria was the biggest B***ch. She had the worst attitude. She just stood there at the register staring. She didn't even have the courtesy to even say hi or ask if we needed help. Very unprofessional and rude. She should not be in customer service at all. Today 4/8/19 I had the most shocking and disrespectful experience at Loli and Pops in Oakbrook mall. I went in there with my sister and my toddler son, we explored and were in total aww of the store. We walked the whole store commenting on many different and delicious items and took a few photos of the baby next to some candy. After walking the store we purchased one item for him to enjoy. We walked out and sat on a bench in front of the store, my son was eating the candy I had bought him. 5/10 minutes later the manager (guy with a beard ) comes out and accuses us of stealing !! I was in total disbelief! I didn't know how to respond. He was saying how he got sent some video and if we stole to return the item . EXCUSE ME ?? I paid for the things I took ! Which should be on video ! I did not steal and did not appreciate being accused of it ! I was shocked I didn't know how to react , but now that I had the time to process it I would have ripped him a new one. First of all , if you suspect someone of stealing why not come up to them while they are in the store ? Not 10 minutes later outside of the store in front of other people ? Embarrassing and totally rude ! I offered for him to search my stroller and bag if this so called video showed me stealing. did you watch the part where I paid for my items ? What a shame, looked like a nice store to stop in while shopping but I will never step foot in there again . This is not how you handle these situations ! Do not accuse and harass your costumers outside of the store with bs accusations !!! read more

We saw that this store had finally opened up while shopping yesterday at Oak Brook. I remember reading online that they had vegan/dairy free candy available, so we went in. Holy. Crap. So glad we did. But also...totally ruined my diet or any lenten resolution. Anyways, the staff was AMAZING. I also loved how they'd let you sample literally anything in the store, an they were so attentive and knowledgable as well. We also received free samples from the truffle/chocolate case up front on our way out. Will definitely be making a regular stop here every time I am out shopping. read more

This is one of the best candy stores hands down. Right when you walk in the door you are greeted pleasantly. It's like a modern day Willy Wonka candy store.
