Two chicken tostadas ($10 for two): Two freshly fried corn tortillas topped with shredded lettuce, shredded chicken (boneless, skinless), sauces, and a celery and bell pepper relish. The chicken was tender and the sauces were good (not spicy). One was like crema, and the other was red and sweet. The tostadas were overloaded with lots of things - no beans or cheese like you'd expect. The tortilla was crispy and nothing was too salty or heavy. Tasty. I would have liked some spicy heat or hot sauce. They accept Zelle or cash. I didn't see any place to sit and eat, but she did ask me for here or to go (at least I think that's what she asked me). There was a covered table with a bench, but there were other things on the table. Parking might be hard because people park in the area to go to the consulate.

Meat choices: chicharron, steak, costillas, asado, tinga, birria, and carnitas. Most of the meats are stewed in terracotta pots. They also have a grill and a few open burners for making the chilaquiles to order. I didn't see any prices. Chilaquiles rojo with one fried egg ($13): the portion was huge. The corn tortilla chips were on the thicker side and broken into pieces of different sizes. There were some crispy bites but the chips did turn soggy, very soggy. The roja sauce had a nice amount of heat and some tang. The chilaquiles were topped with crema and cheese. I added cilantro, chopped onions, pickled onions, and lime. The refried beans on the bottom also made the chips soggy. Verdict - too soggy and too big. The tortillas are made by hand. There's also a self-serve salsa and condiments bar with four types of salsa, lime wedges, cilantro, onion, pickled onions, cucumber slices, and radish slices.
