We are fairly new patients to Dr. Nima, but so far we've had a great experience. He's no-nonsense, but also compassionate. He made my six year old son feel comfortable, and then also made me feel comfortable when I had to have some extra work done. I had a lot of anxiety, but he's so warm and friendly, and acknowledged how I was feeling, and let me know how to ask for help if I was uncomfortable. The procedure itself was practically painless in the end, and even though I'll still have anxiety next time, I know I'm in good hands and I will be calmer now that I know how he is. Called as a new patient to make an appointment, since office takes my insurance. Receptionist who answered the phone at 1:41 on 10/3/23, said no appointments until January. Asked to reserve that appointment, and be put on a cancellation list. Receptionist said 15-20 people on waitlist. I said, ok please add to waitlist for an exam. Was told to find another dentist, this office would not be a good fit because I was bringing in X-rays from another dentist to get a second opinion, even though I agreed to X-rays if I proceed with treatment at this office. I'm just kind of baffled, when I mentioned I had X-rays from 2 weeks ago, that was a reason to be shunned as a new patient. I didn't feel comfortable taking so many X-rays in a short period of time, besides it would be redundant. read more

I had chipped my tooth. Dr. Nima took x-rays and determined I needed a root canal. I was terrified because I had a terrible experience as an adolescent getting a root canal with a different dentist. My experience with Dr. Nima was so much better than my first; words can not describe how grateful I am to find Dr. Nima. I am no longer scared about getting future dental work. I am not a fan of Dentists, however this initial visit with Dr Nima Aleagha's office was really nice. I specify office because his office staff has one of the best personalities that I have had the pleasure of visiting. It started, with the staff, via phone, months before I made an appointment, while doing my due diligence. I was very pleased with the friendly welcome! I finally made the appointment with Dr Nima Aleagha. On appointment day, I always come early and since this was the first appointment of the day, surprisingly, Dr was there prior to his staff. What a friendly guy, I could tell his office staff taught him well!! X-rays were very efficient. Dr read them and went to work talking to me, followed by physical exam. Drs. Initial exam was more thorough than any other. The gum testing and cleaning was done. I learned things not shared with me prior and I am a senior. I really like to take care of my teeth and really appreciate a thorough look at that whole mechanism. This was by far the best staff to Dentist initial visit that I have experienced. read more

He ensured that what he offered fit her budget and didn't just offer outside her range. As a new patient, Dr. Nima is friendly and the staff are nice too. He made my trip to the dentist...great! I sat there tense and in fear but then he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I've learned that I have low pain tolerance and numbing injections that should lasts thru the procedure would go away very quickly for me. Also, I fear getting any drilling done. He was wonderful to keep me informed of the process and often checks in on how I was feeling. More importantly, Dr. Nima provided me with more numbing injections as needed.
