Ebrahim saved the day! I had rented out my community center room for a bridal shower scheduled for 3/30/2024. I went into the center on Thursday to verify and check that everything they needed was complete as was told by the man behind the desk that everything was good. On Friday at 6:30 pm (30 minutes before closing) a young lady calls me from the community center and tells me that they do not have my insurance policy to rent the facilities. I explained to her that I personally came in and was told that everything was in order. I immediately started calling the company in which I had purchased the insurance for to see if they had emailed/faxed a copy or could resend a copy for me. No answer from the company so I immediately went to google and the first company I called was Lomelin Insurance. I spoke with Ebrahim who assisted me and saved the day. This place is a gem! The two dudes there are fantastic and their service is honest and topnotch. My first visit there was a few months ago to take care of some Title issues for 5 of my company trucks and the guy worked with me through all of them. Due to some citation issues blocking my title, which I learned from visiting the office, he was restricted with what he could do for me... so for about an hour of his time, he didn't charge me at all for his help. My second visit I had to get some new tags for my truck in order to correct a citation. The guy looked up my truck, saw that my registration was current and that I needed just the little stickers... and again didn't charge me at all for the tags. It's just really nice to go somewhere that genuinely cares to help. This is my go-to place now for all my DMV needs. read more

Yes this place will probably sell you a cheaper insurance but believe me, that is what you will get. A CHEAPPPPPPP service. Alll kinds of hidden fees. Any change on your policy you will pay a $75 fee and I mean ANY change: like adding a driver, changing mailing address, adding or taking a car, etc It is a $75 fee PER change. It is stupid all the fees they add on to your policy after. First you will get a price and dont be surprise when you get a letter in the mail later asking you for more money. I prepaid on year policy for my two cars and home. I decided to cancel in couple of months and they only refunded me 1/3 of what I pay. WIth all the hidden fees and NONREFUNDABLE AGEN FEE FOR almost $300 I was left with nothing. I will never recomend this company to anyone. If you add all the hidden fees and broker fees they charge plus the headache you will be paying more more more than AAA or Allstate or Farmers. Never buy insurance from this little place. They lie about their prices. read more
