Needed to find a place to have my husbands wedding ring cut off while on vacation and stopped by Lompoc Jewelers. The jeweler came out from the back and within two minutes had it off to my husbands finger!(40 years of marriage and never had it off but it was on a smaller finger back then!) We went to pay him but he would not accept any money. He said when the swelling went down come back and have it refitted. We explained we were on vacation and he said no problem, it was his pleasure to help out. So far our visit to Lompoc has been nothing but meeting warm, friendly, kind people. read more

Had a white sapphire fall out of my fiancé's engagement ring and they replaced it with a real diamond. The owner and his wife were very kind and pleasant and had the stone replaced in only a couple hours. A week later another stone came out and they had it replaced within a day, too. They genuinely care and do an absolutely amazing job. Their prices are very reasonable, in fact they could easily charge more since their work is both amazing and quick, and I would still go back! I took in a watch for a new battery and a clean, only 5.00 and a free clean. I was expecting to pay way more. He was very quick to add new battery+clean. I highly recommend this jewelry store. I brought a bracelet to have the clasp replaced. I ordered a specific clasp. I patiently waited a month without any word, and then went in myself to inquire. I was given some nonsense about shipping as to why there was no result or notification. I waited patiently for ANOTHER month, WITHOUT any word, and then went in again myself to inquire. I was then presented with the bracelet having a new clasp that was nothing like the one that I ordered. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he yanked the clasp of the bracelet, and unceremoneously handed it back to me without so much as any apology. I later went back and demanded the apology that was forthcoming, which he obliged. This is one sketchy guy, this Rodolpho, and I suggest anyone beware before they trust him. read more

Recently my son popped the question to his girlfriend. Well, now his fiancée. I gave them a ring that his father who is now deceased gave to me. A beautiful diamond set in yellow gold. However, it didn't quite fit her finger, so I told them to take it to Lompoc Jewelers. The jeweler did an absolutely wonderful job in sizing it and cleaned it as well. Took a watch in and was told to come back in an hour, came back in almost 2 hours and the watch was not touched. I did not say one word but looked at my watch, the owner freaked out and asked me in a very belligerent manner "do you want it done or not." I was appalled.
