Good except for the fact the botched my order lol. I called to place my order and the lady asked if I spoke Spanish, unfortunately I don't so she said Sorry and hung up on me. This place is a diamond in the rough. I ordered the Torta Cubana and was pleasantly surprised by the price ($5.75), size, and flavor. This is one of the most clean trucks I've seen. Tortas there are huge and everything is fresh and in perfect condition. I haven't had anything so far that I haven't liked, it's one of those places where you stare at the (well done) pictures of their various dishes and plan your weekly schedule around your top choices. If that makes any sense. I always review the salsa, which I consider to be a deciding factor in my reviews, and this place takes high marks. Being a primarily Mexican area of the state, every salsa was nice and spicy instead of the classic "3 mild salsas and one spicy one" in more metropolitan areas. Each salsa had it's own flavor and the perfect amount of spice. Make sure to ask for a few salsa containers if you order to go, there's usually 5 types out at any given time. read more

Talk about a delicious spot. The owners are so nice and they have a wide selection of food. Orders are very well prepared, and the price is on point for the huge portions. I'm not a huge seafood person, but seeing the size of those plates and freshness really makes me wish I was. For the burrito, tacos and torts lovers they have a wide selection, too. If you're looking for quality food and great price this is your spot. This is a hidden gem! Great selection of food made Colima style absolutely one of my favorite styles. My wife and I had some tostadas de ceviche de pescado and they did not disappoint. When you arrive there is a fairly good amount of parking space. There are 2 spots in this location. One that's known more for their seafood and the other that serves tacos, burritos etc. My boyfriend and I love the seafood truck. This is always our spot when we crave a good ceviche. I usually get a mixta. They put a whole lot of it on there. My boyfriend gets the camarones empanizados. Those are really good too! Their horchata is good as well! Brought my mother here. The environment was a tad loud but that was because of the musicians. One of them was a female with an amazing voice. I ordered the mix mocajete (came with shrimp, chicken and carne asade with melted cheese ) side of rice and beans. Mom had breaded shrimp with rice and beans. My visit to Mariscos Colima was very unpleasant! If I could give this place zero stars I would! Anyway, I've been to many seafood restaurants and this is the worst of them all! I will never go again! Not only were the chips way over salted but the shrimp cocktail I ordered had the most disgusting flavor and the shrimp did not look normal they looked exploded, possibly stomped on! I immediately lost my appetite and had the waitress take the full shrimp cocktail back. We were still charged for this distasteful shrimp cocktail! Occasionally I come here during lunch. I like to order breaded shrimp and shrimp tacos,the best. Thats about it other than that I once order a tostada mixta, was pretty nasty. My bf orders coctel colima. Which to me has no flavor. So I would recomend the hot plates of seafood not the fresh ones. The shrimp is like to chewy lol not meatish.
