When I arrived, I was left standing there while the employee helped multiple other customers before fixing their mistake. On top of that, the interaction was rude and the process took far longer than it should have. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. Service was just okay…read more Walked in yesterday and experienced cold and awkward service. The shoppe owner seemed a bit indifferent and crass as well. Totally ironic within a sweet candy shoppe. The candy itself was neat -- a few local products and many chocolate truffles to choose from. Plenty of generic candies as well that you'll find at other spots. Although the candy itself was good, it was way overpriced. Just a few pieces of candy cost close to $20. The bottom line? Chocolate truffles were delicious. Decadent and full of rich chocolate flavor. The English toffee looked good as well. I may get that next time I revisit Duluth. Service needs a bit of a revamp though. It's a small little shoppe.
